I purchased these telephones for my elderly mother as a present. The display is easy to read and the buttons are large enough for someone who has arthritis.Unfortunately the sound could not be increased enough for my mother to hear.I have Panasonic digital cordless phones and the sound is excellent so I think the problem is with these models.I had to return for a full refund.

Bought to provide additional phones having been forced to go horrendous digital Telephone system with BT. Unfortunately these cannot be used as BT now say we can only use their own phones!Always used Panasonic for analogue phones and found them to be very good.

Purchased for use in a workshop where staff are required to wear gloves, so this item is perfect with the bigger keypad buttons and hands free. As both handsets are cordless, they can also be used away from the admin area. Perfect.

Purchased on behalf of my parents, so needed it to be simple to set up and use. They seem very happy with it and didn't ask for help once in setting it up! The call quality also seems to be significantly better. The lack of features might put some people off but as a basic phone you really can't go wrong, especially at this price!
These phones were easy to set, only having to enter contacts on one phone was a pleasant surprise. miss the speakerphone that our old phone had when speaking with the grand children. The only problem I've had with it was being unable to use my existing extension line for the base unit, rerunning it was a pain.
I wish these had a boost button for volume as Im deaf and have to keep adjusting volume where if you had a boost button it would simply pressing one button for max volume. Apart from this they are good
Low volume and no volume control. Poor microphone, both volume and it cuts out. Complicated controls and no help. I had bought panasoic after two successful models and thought a third would be just as successful. Wrong.
It is rare for me to shop on the Internet as I like to examine potential purchases for myself. However, this particular product has proven to be a blessing. Delivery was prompt and installation was a doddle even for a fumbling octogenarian. It has proven to be easy to use, fully meets its specification and can justly be described as an honest product at an unbelievably low price. Thank you Panasonic and John Lewis & Partners.
Hands free Speaker is a must. I have two previous Panasonic Phones and both have that feature but missing in this one. Had I known about it I would have not purchased it. I am still using the old Panasonic phone for last 10 years or more and thought of replacing it. Maybe I should not have been tempted by the price tag.
We needed new telephones in a hurry & I picked these. They are not the best! When you answer the phone you take it off the base & then press the receiver button before you can speak to your caller. I've never had this on any landline phones I've had in the past. Finding numbers in the directory isn't complicated but not instantaneous. There are other niggles as well & I wish I had returned them & got something else instead.
