I've just ordered a new canopy top and so far so good, however I've seen these tops disintegrate fairly rapidly. They only have about a years life. Bad for the environment if you need to replace annualt. Service and delivery from Snowys 5 star.

We decided to upgrade to the commercial top. First thing we noticed was no middle straps installed. The gazebo lost its strength against the wind, always pulling sideways in 20-30km winds. Screws constantly coming loose in the frame (requiring tensioning everyday). When the canopy began to develop scuff marks from dragging on the frame I contacted Oztrail and sent photos explaining the issue. They showed concern initially and eventually ignored my replies. I use my canopy as a courtyard cover and not as specified by the manufacturer.It works satisfactorily for 12 months then needs replacement.The price is ok when compared with $10,000for a permanent structure.

I bought this after our original canopy was essentially destroyed by a hungry rat whilst in storage. The original Oztrail gazebo frame folds down to a smaller size than the current crop of 6x3m gazebos which can be a pain to fit into your standard ute tub, hence I was keen to be able to retain the original frame. The replacement canopy is a much higher quality than the original one that came with the gazebo. Couldn't be happier!
Very disappointed with the quality of theproduct as a replacement canopy. Obvious fold marks indicating that it had been in storage for a long period of time. Leaked from new first time it rained. For the price paid it was a poor quality product.
I bought a Oztrail commercial canopy 4.5 and it leaked like a sieve and rang the place I purchased it from and they were very helpful and replaced it but when I put it up and when it rained the replacement one also leaked a lot maybe not quite as bad as the original one did.In my opinion they are not as good as the deluxe canopy that are cheaper.
18 months after first being erected, a 100+ km/hr gust came through and 'exploded' the previous canopy. It literally stretched until it burst due to the 'lift' created - I was thankful I had anchored the frame adequately - had I not, the whole shebang could have ended up in someone else's backyard.Having confirmed that just the canopy was available, I ordered it the same day. Within a few weeks the new canopy arrived. With the aid of a soft bristled broom, I erected the new canopy on the existing frame in about 20 minutes. Easy as.Lighter, brighter, whiter; of course it too will get dimmer over time - it is in the weather permanently.
Previous old Deluxe Canopy had worn out. Read the reviews for the Commercial, ordered online arrived 3 days later from Qld to Central Coast, NSW. Really happy with it, almost weather proof, heavy showering and a little sprinkling of water came through. Looks like it will last a long time.

It was quite a large market with many Oztrail gazebos, all the stall holders with older Deluxe canopies has no probs at all ..but every single stall holder who had one of these newer Commercial canopies had the same issue with water coming through the fabric like I did. I am so disappointed with Oztrail, the quality is slipping so badly and I give up on them and will be replacing my Oztrail gazebos with another brand.
Ordered our replacement canopy a month or so ago and we are soo impressed with the quick delivery(2 days) and quality of this product. we had to replace our oztrail canopy which we purchased at bunnings, it lasted 3 months and just ripped apart, terrible thin fabric. Upon receiving our snowy replacement we were astounded with the thickness and quality and better stitching reinforcement making this canopy the best we have every had. you cant even hear it moving in the wind, love it!!. out of 10 i give it 20 :) Thankyou Snowys, we will be back.
