Our Place Titanium Always Pan Pro

This pan really changes the game. I love how nonstick it is while hot and how easy it is to clean just about everything off of it. It does leave a hex-y pattern on some foods (see chicken in photo), but so far it hasn't impacted our food in any meaningful way. The shiny chrome finish does collect fingerprints, but I don't touch the silver part much, since I grab it by the knob on top the vast majority of the time.One of the greatest advantages of this pan is that it is dishwasher safe! This pan is truly amazing. To have a pan that you can use metal utensils AND non stick is a game changer. I’ve used steel pans in the past and with oil they still stick and are hard to clean. Then the non stick pans can’t get hot, don’t sear and release chemicals into your food. This is the first pan that offers you all the benefits of non stick and stainless. Totally worth the cost because you will throw out all your other pans. I’m hoping they make a bigger version in the future for large meals. There are so many scams in the world today with companies promising a difference but this is no scam. It’s legit, it’s awesome and their Customer service is some of the best I’ve experienced from any company. I’m not paid, I’m a dad of 4 kids. I cannot overstate the amount of headache that I’ve had while searching for a pan that wouldn’t be destroyed by my induction stove and less-than-professional cooking habits. I was praying for something with the convenience of a nonstick and the durability of a cast iron when Our Place dropped this baby. This pan is a marked improvement on standard nonsticks I have used. It’s so nice to not have to coddle this pan as much and to be able to throw it in the dishwasher. However, it’s still not perfect. First, it’s still sensitive to the unpredictable and uneven heating of an induction stove so you will still need to cook on a lower setting than you think. Second, and this is my biggest qualm - the nonstick isn’t as effective as claimed. I burned food in this pan once and since then, despite almost entirely getting out the grime and continuing to properly treat, clean and oil the pan as recommended, food still sticks quite a bit depending on what I’m cooking. I still give it four stars because I feel like I’m partly culpable - however for a pan that is advertised as being super durable, you’d think it would hold up better.
