Great toothbrush, looks good in the bathroom and the handle cushioning seems unlikely to come apart like my last oral b toothbrush did. It’s definitely a lot quieter than the older model I had and the battery life is loads better….had it around 10 days and still doesn’t need a charge.The 4 different brushing modes are good features but I feel it’s a bit of a faff opening up the app every morning to connect it if you want it ‘guided’ and I’ve found it to be hit & miss for connecting without opening the app (unguided) - opening apps is really something I think to do at 5am!Although once connected you can check how much charge is left, the 2 minute countdown timer is pretty handy and you can see when you use too much pressure - the handle also changes colour when ... MoreGreat toothbrush, looks good in the bathroom and the handle cushioning seems unlikely to come apart like my last oral b toothbrush did. Amazing Toothbrush

I bought this around 6 weeks ago and it's been a game changer for me. I don't usually go for electric toothbrushes as I worry they will by brushing to hard my teeth will become more sensitive and I end up brushing way to lightly to avoid sensitivity but with amazing features like the pressure sensor that glows red when you brush too hard and glows white when you brush to lightly and green when the pressure is just right, that is a thing of the past. The battery usually lasts around 18 days between charging but is said to last around 14 days on the pack so you should always get at least 14 days. One of the best features of this brush is the Bluetooth and iO Smart App which shows which part of the mouth your are cleaning turning blue to white as you move around your mouth and when done grades your cleaning and gives you tips to improve. It also gives specific cleaning routines for things like gum disease or bad breath. I was always the person who couldn't understand how someone could spend more than £30 on a toothbrush but this has Completely won me over as I feel its completely worth it for a huge improvement to your dental health.I would reccomend this product to all of my friends and family for daily cleaning but if you experience any sensitivity or bleeding gums this will be amazing for you.

Best teeth cleaning ever!

I was having issues with my gums and was recommended by my dentist to buy one of these electronic toothbrushes. I did a little research and decided to try the Oral-B iO Series 6, I got one for my husband as well to try. We have been using them for about 3 weeks now and we love them! After you use them, you feel like you left the dentist after a cleaning. I do like that it has 5 smart modes to choose from (daily clean, sentive, whitening, gum care and intense) I've been using the Gum care option and have noticed much improvement in my gums. I know the next time to the dentist, they'll be happy too. The full battery lasted about 2 weeks (brushing 2X day). Excellent Toothbrush

I bought this to replace my Oral-B Series 9000 Genius toothbrush. The iO9 just seems like a really slick evolution of what was their flagship toothbrush. It feels like I have been to the hygienist. I use it with Colgate Max White catalyst toothpaste and it leaves my mouth feeling absolutely sparkling and my teeth feeling polished.It is very solidly built and has a good weight to it. the addition of an LCD colour screen really makes this feel like a premium product and, when you finish brushing, so long as you have exceeded two minutes, you get a nice smiley face together with your brushing time displayed (it will be sad if it's less than 2 mins - you have been warned!).The toothbrush has bluetooth so can sync with your phone to keep record of how well you are ... MoreI bought this to replace my Oral-B Series 9000 Genius toothbrush. Ok until it stops

The toothbrush is very cute if that matters lol. It comes with one brush head and instructions. Like some of the other reviews mine stopped working. I purchased this toothbrush December 2021, and around June 2022 the brush head started to malfunction. It would barely move and made a loud humming noise. I did not buy any insurance for this toothbrush, but if you go to the Oral-B website, they have a two year manufacturer warranty save your receipt or lease the receipt information in case you have any issues. I was able to send my toothbrush back for a repair, I received a new brush about a week and a half later. Okay brush worthless app

The toothbrush works well and it seems to clean my teeth. However, the tracking on the app that shows the user where and when they have brushed that quadrant 100%, doesn’t work that well. I don’t know if it’s the tooth brush or the app. I called oral b and asked what to do. The answer I got was to restore the brush to its factory settings and delete the app and then to redownload the app. Then to use the bush and see if that fixes the issue. Unfortunately it didn’t and I ended up calling back and wouldn’t you know it because the brush works and they say it’s an issue with the app it’s not a warrantable issue. It’s very frustrating spending that much money on something and all aspects of the product don’t work the way it supposed to.

The Oral-B App Won't Connect to the Toothbrush

After purchasing the iO Series 6, the Oral-B app refuses to connect to it. My phone (Pixel 3 XL) can find the toothbrush within the Bluetooth settings list of nearby devices, but the app absolutely refuses to do the same. I also attempted this on an older phone (Nexus 6P) without any luck. Given my troubleshooting process, this leads me to believe that there's a problem with the app and not the toothbrush itself. I called customer support at Oral-B weeks ago and they weren't able to provide any solutions.The iO 6 toothbrush itself (without the app) is pretty good. The worst electric toothbrush of all time.

I bought this toothbrush in April. I’ve used it every day. It’s awful and I hate it. You have to tilt your head back and keep your mouth open- to keep spit and plaque from going absolutely everywhere. If you try to brush your teeth with your mouth closed like a normal person, y’know, trying to keep splatter off the mirror, this toothbrush has a super fun “spit fountain” exploding feature that will leave your hand absolutely covered in spit. Not to mention it gets gross after just one use. After washing it and your hands off, it will leave a gross ring of water and toothpaste scum wherever you set it down even if you’ve dried it off. Upset that toothbrush is defective after 3 months

I purchased this product in Feb/Mar 23 and in May 23 it already had defects. I simply want to brush my teeth and most days it won't turn on without me placing it on the charger even with the battery at 90 percent. Then when it does come on, it stays on for maybe 1 or 2 seconds. I cannot brush my teeth like this. Then it comes on and tells me that a replacement refill is needed; however, I've already input a replacement head. when I select yes that a replacement was applied, it gives me a smiley face then asks me the same question when it powers off and powers on again. Its very frustrating as this toothbrush was too expensive not to make it through six months. I need this to be replaced
