I received this product as a baby shower gift. Now that my daughter is old enough I tried using it to steam and blend some veggies. I followed the directions and this simply doesn’t produce what it claims. I had to run the steam cycle twice to get carrots that were even soft enough to blend and the puree leaves the majority in big pieces even if you add water. After using this only three times it gave off a weird grey residue in the steam that clung to our kitchen appliances and countertop. I have tried calling customer service during business hours and got a recording that said “no one is available call back later”. This is ridiculous. I would like a refund so I can give my friend her money back.

I was given this, brand new in box, in the spring by a friend. Completely packaged up upon arrival. Baby turned 6 months old in may. I used the machine 3 times. The 4th time, it would not work. Customer service will not honor warranty (despite the fact that even now I have only had this thing for 3 months) and after I submitted the emails and videos they asked for, DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO GET BACK TO ME until I called again. Definitely don’t buy this as a gift, and quite honestly I probably wouldn’t recommend wasting your own money on it either. Those were 3 very expensive servings of baby food my friend gave me.

The food maker is the third product by Baby Brezza that I have trusted for my baby’s feeding and nurturing and have been absolutely disappointed and crushed at my experience with them. Two of the three products, including the food maker, have stopped working within one week of owning them. As a first time mom I wanted the best for my baby and spent a significant amount of money on these products to be left cheated. For such an esteemed company their manufacturing does not align with their mission statement. I will never recommend such a company to other mothers.
Bought online and brought overseas to my home. I have been using for 3 months the most. Great idea of product and when it works, its wonderful. Reminds me of the saying "set it and forget it." Recently I had to take it to be fixed since it stopped blending (basically could not use). I wrote an email to Baby Breeza but never received even confirmation of receiving email. Today I am noticing that the middle red part inside the machine is peeling. Have to now replace that part now. I use three times a day, maybe I it is not meant to be used as frequently. Have other Baby Breeza products and they are wonderful. Have had no problems at all and am completely satisfied with the other products.
I really wanted to love this, but unfortunately I haven't been able to get the water container connection to seal with the rest of the machine. The steam expands and pushes the connection wide open, then boiling water pours onto the countertop. I tried calling customer support but the audio connection was too bad to communicate anything and an email has gone unanswered for two weeks. Very disappointed, not only does it not keep enough water to cook the food but it's also unsafe. Literally worse than nothing.

The rest of the parts are not durable and hard to clean. The water tank leaks water easily and end up my whole table is always full of water when we use it. It also will heat up the base after more than 2 rounds of cooking. I was hoping to use everyday but end up only using when I am short of time because the steam and blend feature is very useful for my busy schedule. Really wished that the parts are better made.

This machine has given me issues from the start. To say I am underwhelmed is an understatement. When I contacted the company to ask why the machine keeps beeping when I press start, I was told that it was because there likely wasn't enough water in the water tank to steam the food - and that It's very easy to resolve by filling up the water tank.However, this was not the case nor did it resolve the issue. The problem lies within the mechanical elements of the lid as it seems to not be connecting or sealing properly. It would be amazing if the company would offer to provide me with a replacement. I did expect much more from this product and the company.
