I have owed and loved 4 different pairs on Cloudventure models over the past 3 years. These Cloudventure waterproof, trail running shoes are by far the best pair I have worn.In fairness I am pretty tough on my shoes and give them a good working, so these being of a sturdier build and clearly designed for trail running - they suit my lifestyle and footwork.

Whilst other reviewers correctly state that the show is narrow, it is true to size offering a more snug fit than a typical trainer or runner. The construction materials and build quality appear to be pretty good, but I have not tested on the trail yet. For urban walks in wet weather or on wet surfaces like grass and mud, the shoe performs great and pairs nicely with jeans.

I was looking for an all around hiking shoe that could be worn all day on vacation while capable of medium hikes. I’ve owned many brands to meet this scenario and always having Vibram soles. Because I wear orthotics, I need a deeper heel cup. Thought I would try ON shoes but sadly the heel cup is too shallow to accommodate orthotics Otherwise the fit seemed good and true to sizing. Had to return them for a different shoe design that can copewith orthotics.
I’ve had these for about a week and I’m loving them. I wanted a pair for jogging around the lake and so far these are feeling great. I haven’t had the chance to test them in wet conditions but they deal with light morning dew we’ll enough. They do feel a bit snug and need breaking in a bit but are becoming very comfortable fast enough.
I have the non-waterproof version of this shoe and like it so much I thought I would try the waterproof version for wet conditions but when I tried the shoe on it felt too stiff and the foot volume was way too much. I went 1/2 size up so size 12 normal size in On 11.5 the legth was good but overall feel was sloppy and I could not get a snug fit, so I had to send them back. I did use the On Cloud sizing guide and it did recommend a size 12 for me and I would say it was accurate but I just did not like how the shoe fit. So I would say true to size based on the sizing guide.
My husband and I both have a pair. We traveled to Disney World and wanted a waterproof shoe just in case for rainy days during our stay.This shoe was great for theme park walking/running to keep up with our young people. The fit is good and the style is simply classic.

I tried these in store with a full size up and surprisingly fit my wider feet. Decided to do a 0.5 size down as the 1.0 size up was just too long. The laces are a bit comical. If using the entire set of holes, there's just enough lace to tie a small knot. And definitely not enough to double knot. Then the pain started on the top between the tongue and upper. As waterproof shoes should, there's stitched material to ensure water doesn't come through the tongue. However, that gets bunched up and produces a pain point. I feel these trail runners had a lot of good aspects and generally are of advaned design and premium materials-unfortunatly the waterproof tape on outerside completely failed after a couple of days of casual mountain use.-the little triangle treads wear too fast-the waterproof upper seems like it wont take much abrasion and seems unrefined and unattractive and gets all crinkled.Its like they put a lot of development in the rest of the shoe but rushed the upper. I think a totally new upper is needed for the waterproof version.-Stability is good- I felt that my outer little toes felt too exposed if a sharp rock or root were to impact with significant force-the shoes I were sent fit way too small compared to other on running shoes I used.
