Amazing smell but leaves hair a bit tangled

It was love at first smell with these OGX Thick & Full + Biotin & Collagen Shampoo & Conditioner set. I loved the thoughtful and user friendly packaging! Both products were easy to dispense and disperse over my strands. I allowed the conditioner to penetrate for the suggested 3-5 minutes before rinsing. However, once I started to brush/pick my hair, I noticed I had a lot of tangles which usually doesn't happen. Once my hair completely dried it looked shiny, soft and honestly appeared thicker but it felt like there was a noticeable residue on my hair. Unfortunately even with consistent use I noticed the same end result so while this isn't a complete win for me, I am sure plenty of users will adoree this set!

Find product for fine hair.

OGX has now become the OG of shampoo and conditioner for me. This stuff is solid silk for your top mop,I have super fine hair that is generally pretty dry and dull after washing, and goes from that to heavy and greasy not long into my day. This stuff gave me a new middle ground between the two that I’ve never stood on before. I guess I’ve honestly never given much engagement into trying a bunch of different products they might make a difference in how my hair likes to act. So, I’m hair blown away that I was in a position to try this product (in particular now that I know it’s a thing)!The smell is pleasant, and actually hangs around more than any other I’ve used before. Which, isn’t exactly high on my wants and needs. But, if it is yours…this checks that box, too.

Great product!!

I absolutely love this OGX Thick and Full Biotin and Collagen Shampoo and Conditioner set! Starting with the packaging, it's so sleek, simple and beautiful. The ingredients infuse every strand to create thicker, fuller and healthier hair! I have received so many compliments on my hair since using it! My hair is more on the thin side so that is nothing short of a miracle! I've always been so self conscious of my thin hair, until now! Not only has it given me my confidence back but it also smells soooo good! My husband loves it and I get lots of compliments from my girl friends too! I definitely recommend trying it for yourself, I bet you'll love it!!

Hard to use

I love the smell of this shampoo and conditioner. It left my textured hair soft, but I didn’t see any difference in volume. The biggest downfall is the bottle design. I had a really hard time squeezing the product out of the bottle every time, and I think I wound up wasting a lot, because I couldn’t get it out. You can only squeeze the bottles from the front and back, and it doesn’t fill back up with air after you squeeze it out. You have to try squeezing the hard sides to get the bottle to expand, so you can squeeze it again.

Long lasting effects.

First thing I noticed was a difference in the way my hair felt and “behaved” after using both the shampoo and conitioner. Now, I don’t know if that’s a real good thing or not. I felt like my hair felt stronger and thicker, but for some reason I felt like the benefits “stuck around” for longer than usual. It made my hair less manageable to style with my other current products, so that was odd. I feel like maybe I wasn’t used to how “healty” my hair felt. Really works!

I usually give myself a little while to test out a product before I review it but I loved it from the first wash. A little backstory…I have really fine hair that is starting to thin around my hairline and has no volume unless I curl or back comb it. I’m really picky with hair products because of that plus I color my hair. I’m not joking when I say this, but I noticed a difference after the first time I used this. My hair had volume that actually lasted. I had lift at the roots and I noticed even more volume when I curled my hair. It didn’t mess with my coloring either and has a nice scent. The second time I used it, I still had great results. I can’t wait to see what it will do in the long run with continued use.

Worst Shampoo Ever!!! Avoid!

Worst shampoo ever! So dry, frizzy, rough, tangled my hair became after using it! I regret choosing this horrible shampoo over my all-time favourite shampoos. A lot of people warned me before buying this shampoo, shared their horrible experience. But I didn't listen to them, trusting all these good reviews on their website, now I understand all are fake/paid reviews. Cause this is a trash man! Don't use this if you want to save your hair! Never ever going to buy this! Not going to recommend this to anyone!
