I saw my granddaughter use this and looked real easy to use.I bought it and i was glad that the spinner drained the water off mop.instead of having to wring it aout by handfloors mopped in no time

This did not work for me at all. I was disappointed in it's performance. Hard to fill and empty. Mop did not ring out well. wish I could return it.
I'm very disappointed. Today is the 3rd time using my O-cedar spin mop system. The telescrope mop hand will not stay open, I've tried everything. I end up mopping my floors with a 3 foot pole. The holding tank for clean water is way to small. This mop was not cheap in price just cheaply made.Previously owned a Hurricane spin mop for over 6 years, hands down a much better product.
The pictures shows the mop head as well. Returning because I thought it was also including the mop head I need.
