I purchased these products for my lunch at work as I was wanting to lose weight. Initially I thought they were a bit bland, but each day I enjoyed them more and more. I have noticed that my nails are getting stronger as well which is fantastic as I had 3 very weak nails that were soft and broke or cracked easily.I'm now adding them to my stews as well to replace the stock cubes I used to use.
I have been using this product for a long time and it's great on its own or to add extra flavour in soups and cooking. Plus, the gut supporting benefits... I highly recommend to try this one!
It's a good product but seems very expensive. You need to use a lot. I'll look for other options next time.
Love that there’s 5g of protein per serve in this one as it’s hard to find snacks & warm drinks for those of us counting macros. Ideal as it has very little fat, carbs & calories. Love knowing that I’m getting goodness into my body. So convenient to have on its own, in a soup or added to meals. It’s not strong flavoured so I enjoy this one alot.
