Cheaper than most and do the same job
This product is so good for the relief of muscle spasms and night cramps.
Only magnesium supplement I've found that is gentle on the tummy and doesn't upset stomach. Taken daily in conjunction with prescribed medication with no issues.

Large tablets so some may find them hard to swallow, but otherwise a great product I will continue to use. It does not upset my stomach at all.
