I bought this hoover a month ago - my first bagged hoover. I normally love the convenience of a bagless, but I must say the HETTY being bagged makes no difference to me whatsoever. I love how powerful and easy this hoover is. It may not be the lightest but I am amazed at how good this is. Attachments that are included are standard and should come with most hoovers - the nook and cranny attachment is my favorite super powerful suction! Looking forward to having this machine for years to come, as I know that unlike all other hoovers I have bought this will be in it for the long run :)

This hoover is by far the best hoover I have ever had, I went through about 10 before finally taking the plunge and buying a decent one. The cord length is great I can plug it in my hall way and hoover the whole of my flat without having to change plugs. It has two different strengths and the suction is vet strong on either, it's easy to change the bags . Great on tiles, hard wood flooring, Lino and carpet (I have all of these in my flat). There are lots of different brush attachments which are great for hoover around certain things. The only down side is that the bags are quite expensive but we got a pack of 10 and after having it for nearly 12 months we have only had to change the bag twice. Highly recommend.

I have had a numatic style 'Henry' Hoover for years and although over time the plastic features split and I had to tape them together it never failed me, so after my ex wanted 'his' Hoover I decided to buy me a Hetty! The base paddle you glide over the floor has changed slightly, it is all plastic now with some type of roller ball, which I'm still getting use to. Some have stated the hose attachment fall out when hoovering, I honestly haven't had this issue. You get great attachments for multiple surfaces. The suction is great. With 2 settings of low & high! I bought this hover because my cordless dyson broke and I wasn't really sure how good Hetty would be. How ever she is really great and a lot better than the huge brands likes of Dyson on Vax.It is a really nice colour and very good for all type of floors. I have 2 dogs and they molt like crazy and this little beauty works like a charm. This is the best hover I have ever bought in my life and wished I had purchased this sooner.I love how you need vacuum bags it makes it a lot easier and I dont havee to fiddle about with the vacuum to unclog it.I would defiantly would recommend this item.
Good Points: After having a Dyson which has given me nothing but trouble I decided to go for something very different and got a Hetty such a refreshing change she doesn't break down every five minutes she picks anything and everything up and is easy to empty. The tools are are helpful too and you can get right into the corners by the skirting boards and give a really good clean. I even used it to clean the car which I could never do with the DysonImprovement Points: If I'm Really being picky I would like the very narrow nozzle to have been slightly longer so that I could reach down the sides of my car seats just a little bit better. Also Watch out for the men in the white coats because as Hetty has a face you end up talking to her LOL

My town house has mostly hardwood floors and this vac is very, very easy to pull around with superior suction! Even the stairs are easy to do (I have 56 stairs) with the tool, the long hose and the very longer electric cord I only have to move the vac twice from the top of the staircase to the bottom. But for the price and ease the suction is far superior to any vac I've had before (inc. top of the range Dysons) and the bag needs changing very rarely - huge capacity.Improvement Points: The only downside to this vac is the fact it does not have a motorhead and therefore it does take quite a bit of effort to thorough vac carpets (but at least it tones up the upper ... MoreGood Points: this is a fabulous vacuum! I've only used it twice so far but what a difference with my previous hoover, a Dyson. They say the numatic hoovers are the builders' favourite and it's no wonder. It works much better than my previous Dyson, lighter to carry up the stairs, fun looking, and it's 2 to 3 times less expensive! The cable is 10 metres long which is well appreciated. Bags aren't too expensive compared to other hoover brands, about £10 for 6 bags, I'll see how long the first one last. Having no bag with the Dyson was a messy affair every time.Great fast delivery from B&Q, I received the hoover the following day!I would recommend this purchase to anybody.
