This was my first try for NOW products. I got the BCAA caps because of other reviews stating the taste of the powder was awful. The caps don't have a taste at all and digest pretty quickly. I take 'em about 45mins before my morning workout, along with NOW Creatine Powder and Beta-Alanine and .... GNC Glutamine Powder; cup of coffee and I hit the plates. I've always been an early morning lifter and do so on the almost empty stomach. There is plenty of energy for a great workout with this BCAA / Creatine / Beta-Alanine / coffe stack. At 71 I'm leg pressing 650 (it's all the weight I have) and benching 216 (Weider plate math). The BCAA caps make me feel good and strong.

I am getting up in age and as such am losing muscle tone. I have begun doing moderate workouts without results. A friend suggested taking Now sports branched chain amino acids which are supposed to help support healthy muscles. I have been taking them for a few months now and have noticed a pretty nice improvement in my muscle tone!

I took this as part of my liver detox and also overall skin whitening. I took it together with Vitamin C after lunch. This is quite good quality of glutathione where there is no weird taste or smell.
I have recently started taking branched chain amino acids & was excited to see this NOW product. I had been mixing the other product into my morning shakes. I have noticed with this one, the powder does not seem to dissolve at all & I'm left with small crunchy bits in the bottom of my shake. Very disappointed.
Items were well packed and were received in good condition. After taking for a while, it seems to have some impact on my well being. Value for money.
