This products works, hands down. It has helped me significantly with my symptoms related to gluten indigestion. I don’t know how I could survive without this product. I have been using it for the last two years, just about, and it is my go to. I usually take 1 and sometimes 2 per meal, depending on how much gluten I am consuming. But overall, this is the best product at a reasonable price I have found that works. Definitely recommend.

I used to get very bloated and tight stomach after getting gluten. I have been gluten intolerant for a long time. I found this product helps when eating small amounts of gluten. It has increased my digestion and I no longer feel sick after eating. Obviously I wouldn't consume gluten regularly as I know it is not great for my gut. This product makes it easier to consume small amounts of sourdough and the occassional donut :) Great benefit for someone like me who has had to avoid gluten for so long!

I was able to eat the bun on a burger without feeling like trash/nauseous the next day which was nice. I still avoid gluten whenever I can. But these are an absolute lifesaver, and I cannot live without them… Because gluten sneaks up on you in Hidden places! It is excellent for supplementing the daily diet. I take one at the beginning of any wheat containing meal and don’t have any gastrointestinal issues! I’ve used this product for several years now and swear by it!!! The quality is great,,with clean ingredients..
While I do not have an extreme reaction to gluten, as people with Coeliacs have, I do have some indigestion going on. Using this product did not fully get rid of the digestive problems, but they were likely lessened. I can not say with 100% certainty though, because I have not eaten any gluten containing grains for a very long time now, so I lack direct comparison. But I was able to have several pieces of bread for two days or so without the serious digestive problems like belly pain. It's not a magic pill, but it is surely worth a try if one finds themselves in situations where they "have to" eat some gluten, like on a vacation or social event. People with a very strong reaction, like Coeliac disease, should of course know that this will not be a solution for them.

I get bloated and gassy after eating wheat sometimes to the point where I'm absolutely miserable. Seriously painful. I started eating gluten free but some foods have traces of wheat. Restaurants and family dinners are also iffy. I take one of these before eating anything I'm not sure about and I'm fine afterwards. I'm just sensitive to gluten and they work great for me but I can't say how well they'd work for Celiac sufferers, if they'd work at all. Definitely worth a try if gluten sensitive!

I wanted to give these a go as I am gluten intolerant rather than coeliac and I occasionally cave and buy a croissant or other wheat containing product. After many years of avoiding gluten I’ve found I miss certain foods and that I’m more likely to be cheeky and have something that could upset my digestive system than I used to be. I took these capsules whenever I had a cheeky croissant etc, not sure if they made any difference. For me it’s fine to have someone now and then - it’s more if I eat it regularly that I get into trouble so the effectiveness of these capsules weren’t a desperation for me. I’ll update my review after more use.

While I don’t have celiac disease, I do experience some discomfort after eating gluten, and this supplement seems to reduce bloating and digestive issues. The capsules are easy to take and fit well into my routine. However, it's not a cure-all, and it doesn't completely eliminate symptoms, especially if I overindulge.
