Vitamin e with mixed tocopherols was recommended to me by a cancer survivor. My doctor also recommended 200iu daily years ago, for heart health when I was only doing 200iu every other day. I have no side effects taking this, but also have had no cardiac 'events'. This brand works as well as others.

I bought this brand of vitamins before and the quality is always good. This was no exception. This is for my cat who suffers from cancer. The vitamin E helps with inflammation. While the casing is harder than I expected, so more difficult to get the vitamin E oil out and into her food, we solved it with a needle.

Great product, easy to swallow. I like that itβs made with extra virgin olive oil. Only realised after I ordered that itβs made from soy though. I prefer to order vitamin E made from sunflower. Other than that itβs a great dosage and good value for money.
It does not seem to upset my stomach like the previous one I tried. I think 200 IU is good for me where the other one is 400 and irritate my stomach.
