This product is a 2 in 1 product that has both fish oil and evening primrose . The capsule are rather big and difficult for me to swallow. Over time , I do see the benefits of it , such as better skin and improved moods and focus. Overall a quality product. May try the other range of products from the same brand.

Second time purchasing this. It helps with my menstrual cycle regulation, less cramps and reallt easy to swallow. Quality is great too as it lasts long as a shelf life. Have tried other brands but this combination of omega 3 and primrose oil is doing amazing for my body. No bloated stomach, no puffy legs before menstrual. Thank you to this pill!

These omega woman vitamins taste great and are surprisingly easy to swallow. I take one a day as directed and have began to notice that not only do I have more energy but my skin looks clearer, Ive had a healthy appetite and been sleeping much better. I would suggest taking them in the morning before breakfast. I plan to keep taking them and so far they've been working as intended. I'm glad to find a fish oil vitamin that's smells and tastes good.

Item arrived well-packaged. I really like the balanced ratio of its ingredients which should help with boosting its effectiveness, as well as the shape, size and smell of the capsules. They look smaller and rounder than the average fish oil/EPO supplements and easy to swallow, especially since it has a pleasant lemon scent! No fishy smells, and has a great valuable portion of 120 capsules. Hope it'll help with boosting health and hormonal balance and love that it has such a long expiry date at 01/2026! :)
