Nongshim Shin Black Noodle Soup [family Pack]

I have been a loyal fan of Nong Shim Noodle Soup! Especially this Shim Ramyun Black (aka Beef Broth)! I like this black bag (Nongshim Beef Broth) compared to the the red bag (Nongshim Spicy). There’s better flavoring and less spicier then the Spicy bag! In Shim Ramyun Black, there is an extra bag of flavoring (3 packs altogether - dry vegetables, spicy and beef broth) which really enhance the flavor of the ramen. With Nongshim Beef Broth bring less spicy, you can truly enjoy the taste of the ramen. I usually love to add extra condiments to it such as egg, baby carrots, mushroom and fresh spring onion. A good item for the pantry

First, sodium content is high, that's why it's a treat I have with additional ingredients cutting some of the sodium per serving for a complete meal. They are for me, a Delicious Ramen Noodles used as a Base for a variety of different taste experiences! I've added vegetables of all kinds, peanut butter, eggs, cheddar cheese, shrimp, beef, chicken, tofu even extra spaghetti noodles to stretch it just a little further!! The Noodles and Broth take every experience to another level with very little effort.

Bone broth flavor is the best

This black one is so good and definitely the best spicy ramen because it actually has flavor. I soft boil eggs where they're a bit jammy and put sriracha on the eggs and add sesame oil and chives to the ramen. The best ramen ever. The red packaging of this brand sucks. It's so incredibly spicy with no flavor, after a few bites you start being reminded of vomit because of how acidic that one is. This black bone broth one is the best and the red one sucks.

Expensive as heck, but worth it!

I like this one over the red pack. It’s more expensive, but it’s really good. More flavor. Less spicy. I can eat a whole pack without feeling like my mouth is gonna fall off. Definitely buying again, no matter what the cost! 😋

Great ramen!

Because of covid I haven't shopped at my local Asian store and to buy just the ramen noodles to make my own ramen but I wanted something up scaled and not the cheap packaged ramen so I opted to get the Shin Black spicy ramen. It's absolutely delicious!! Great broth, noodles were perfect for dried noodles and the vegetable packet with mushrooms and green onions (could be other things as well) was a great touch. Stupid me looked at the back of the package to see the nutritional info and one pack is 2 servings...who east just half a pack of ramen?? The carb and sodium numbers were off the chart so I won't eat this often. I live next to Mexico, I eat Mexican food, I eat jalapenos, I use hot chile oil but let me tell you this had my nose running. Nongshim Shin Black

In my opinion this is the best ramen available. The noodles are thin and always come out perfect. The two seasoning packets, one bone broth and the other chili and spices, combine to form a rich creamy soup that just explodes with flavor with just the right amount of heat. The best part is the vegetables! Baby shiitake mushrooms with green onions and watercress adds the perfect texture, and Nongshim adds plenty to each pack.I've been buying Shin Black for many years. There is just nothing like it! All you need is boiling water and dinner becomes something special. I hope you like it as much as I do.Maximum recommendation!...

Too. Dang. Hot.

I read reviews that the other Nongshim ramen was way too hot so I went with the bone broth. Unfortunately, this was still too spicy even though I used only 2/3 of the seasoning packet. On the plus side, the broth smelled fantastic and probably would have been great if the spice was reduced. The noodles were the same quality as any other ramen out there. If you looooove spice, go for it, but I could only eat a few bites before tossing it out.

Unbelievable

Shipped to me in a paper shipper! It’s totally crushed and they won’t send me a replacement. I refuse to pay $7.00 shipping to get a replacement. Where is the common sense here? Ramen noodles ship in a box to me always….first time shipped in a paper shipping bag. Then when I call she puts me on an indefinite hold. Calling corporate. Seriously, Walmart makes a fortune and you say you can’t replace the ramen YOU shipped in a bag? If you want to refund me the $8.00 for the ramen and give me $7.00 for shipping, I’ll play your game. She just put me on a 55 minute hold because I asked to please speak with a supervisor. On hold with corporate now. SMH.
