I was aghast I just purchased the Samsung A20 which is a great phone but every hacker in the world can easily get into it using the bluetooth and voice assistant. Devasted until I had to learn the ropes the hard way by buying the LG's older G2, G5 and then Samsung going into apps, permissions disabling, forcing off etc. Then came the Nokia foreign made but is great for USA TMobile. This phone does not have the NCIS (?) app for instant pay swiping which those hackers want.! I found 8 video games -pay for- on my phone! I disabled them ! It all started with the TMobile Celspot wi-fi signal booster and the thing thinking all my neighbors were living in my apartment as it thought we were all in one big house watching the same big TV.! This Nokia is so great as I couldnt afford another phone, sim cards etc. it cost me over $60 just for 2 new Sim cards and the samsung was $300. Nokia was my 1st phone and probably last phone as they have old and new combined with headphones, OTG which I love as I can download to flash drive and then print on separate printer as I no longer have Comcast or a modem or a computer hooked up to internet and use this phone 4 everything. Only need new sim card # again to remove upstairs neighbor from my life. He stomps around all day now he can't play those video games! Love Nokia!

It has small improvements in all the areas i.e,small improvements in response time from keypress to an open browser window and the insertion of a nanosim is very easy compared to other phones. This is a refurbished unlocked phone from Tesco and the battery within this is good so a new phone would be superior to this one with regards to battery life. Im running android 9 as i like the bookmark tags for chrome on my homepage, although I will upgrade to android 10 eventually. The disadvantage may be the handling of the phone as it has a 6.2" screen (although I utilise a mobile flip phone case so i haven't directly held the phone really). I bought this phone about 3 months ago and it has already become unusable.It's ok for the first 3-4 weeks, it's never been a fast phone, but it was acceptable at first. About 3 software updates later (which the phone forces you to do), it is sooo slow and apps constantly crash. Some apps have been crashing from the start, the phone has never been great with app stability. I can barely take pictures, it takes about 2 minutes to take a picture, the quality of which is very poor and sometimes the phone decides to not save the picture after all which is very frustrating.All in all, this phone has given me more grief in 3 months than all my other phones that I ever had combined.Do yourself a favour and don't buy this phone. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE! I got this phone because I had fond memories of the pre-smart phone Nokias, they were sturdy and reliable. How far they have fallen. This phone has so many glitches and delays, it is so laggy I have felt like smashing it many times. Sometimes it just switches off at random moments. There are so many great photo opportunities I've missed because it sometimes takes half a minute just for the camera to turn on. Do yourself a favour, avoid!
