The shoe is fine. The process to receive it was terrible. Ordered pair on Sept 21st. Received on Oct 12th. These were a gift. I understand you may not have any control with a sold product being shipped to you. But you didn't give an option to cancel once order was delayed and a new seller was found. And while I waiting for the item to be reprocessed, I noticed the price of the item was selling for lower. That price should have been offered to the buyer. Or atleast given the buyer some kind of compensation.
Not satisfied with the product. Sneakers don’t look new. Very disappointed and store does not want to take back
