The nerf fortnite compact smg is a really nice nerf gun to have. It came in handy during our nerf battle. The bullets traveled far and were accurate. One thing I loved is it just needed regular AAA batteries. Nothing is more irritating than realizing you need to go purchase c or d batteries for a toy.

This nerf gun is a must for nerf gun collectors. My 9 year old really enjoys playing with it. He says is easy to use and easy to handle while playing. My eight year old loves his Compact Nerf Fortnite SMG. It takes four double A batteries- that are not included and you will need a small screwdriver to remove the cover for the batteries. Once you load the darts you have to hold the second trigger then shoot using the first trigger. It does make noise while shooting. It makes this low humming sound which sounds like a small handheld vacuum cleaner. This nerf gun comes with eight darts which shoots out pretty fast. If you have other nerf gun darts that are similar in size, those will work as well. Just don't overload it of else it won't work. My son's love's anything with Nerf or Fortnite so they definitely enjoy using this toy all the time. The toy is easy to use and provides hours of entertainment for the boys. The instructions are super easy to read and understand! It has a 8 dart clip making it so much fun when in battles ! We use this gun for both indoor and outdoor battles ! The rubberized grip makes it very easy to hold onto the blaster ! This is very useful because you get a good grip on your gun and it makes it easier to hold onto !Just rev the motor and start blasting ! Definitely the best we have gotten our hands on yet ! I'm writing this review for all you moms and dads who have nerf gun fights with your kids. This gun is crazy cool. He's five and wins. Its sort of hard for him but he gets it, it's a fortnite gun so he says it's only for tough guys with muscles. That makes it his gun everytime. I highly recommend this one, but let me tell you from experience, you need 2 if you ever plan on winning. It's made really well and it seems like it will hold up good, doesn't feel like cheap thin plastic. I would definitely order more bullets while your at it because mine doesn't want to stop playing long enough to pick them up...

The trigger isn’t overly hard to push when playing with it. My eight-year-old does have a somewhat difficult time loading it initially but has gotten better with time. My nephew absolutely loves anything Fortnite and this Nerf gun is perfect for any young kid with an active imagination. The detailing on this Nerf gun is stunning and my nephew likes to chase his friends around the yard and pretend like he’s a real player in the game. This is a quality Nerf gun and I hope he gets many years out of this toy. I recommend this Toy to any kid who loves Fortnite.
Trying to gain some cool points with my son as hes had a rough start to the year . We all have outlets to express ourselves and many of out kids do so w fortnite . I purchased the Nerf Fortnite Compact SMG about a month ago for my son because he collects the Fortnite Nerf products. He actually did not have this one and was so happy we found it. I love how much fun it is and that he stays busy for hours with this. I also love how cool it looks and how different it is. My son has some strength issues due to his health and it is so hard finding these that he can load and shoot without help. He has no trouble at all with this. He absolutely loves it and it keeps his imagination going strong!
This gun requires batteries and is considered a semi-automatic gun. It shoots nerf darts rather far. I'd say at least 20 feet. The speed at which is shoots is not super fast, but it does have some power to it in order to shoot a good distance. I don't believe it's powerful enough to hurt someone so if your children tend to hit each other with nerf darts, I don't think it will actually hurt them. This nerf gun has an internal magazine so at least my children will no longer be able to break them in half. This gun WILL NOT work without the batteries. It also has the capability of having other items added to it such as a scope.
