Nature's Way Ashwagandha Standardized - 60 Vegetarian Capsules

I was excited to try these for the claims of reducing stress and other benefits. I didn't see much of a difference except the first week it made me sleepy. I will have to try it for a longer span. I read different ways to take this and how to. I think everyone is different and I'll have to test what works for me. The taste isn't too bad to swallow compared to other vitamins I've taken. I only took one pill a day so maybe I need to take more to see more of an effect. I got a sleepy effect which would be great for me since I have a hard time sleeping. I thought I would have energy taking this pill but it made me sleepy. I would definitely try it longer than what I saw and recommend taking it over longer periods of time. With time I might see improvement.

I was fortunate enough to receive Nature’s Way Ashwagandha 500mg Capsules in exchange for my honest review. These are a great supplement to help manage stress and stress induced anxiety by reducing cortisol. I have two toddlers and … let’s just say my whole life is stressful now. I wouldn’t say it’s a fix all but I do notice that ever since I started taking Ashwagandha I get far less bothered by the little things , and don’t feel as anxious in certain situations. My husband also has commented that I’m less of an A-hole ( cry laugh emoji). These are easy to take capsules. Only side effect I’ve noticed is very vivid dreams…

I’ve been taking this product for about a week now. I’ve never tried ashwaganda before but have heard that it is really good for managing anxiety. I have a lot of social anxiety, so I was excited to try this. Since starting them, I’ve taken 2 doses a day and have had very little anxiety. I also researched ashwaganda to see how this brand stacked up. The dosage is 500 mg, and studies have tested 600 mg doses, so it’s a bit smaller than ideal. There’s an additive that helps your body absorb the ashwaganda (L-theanine) that this brand does not include. I think this product was a great introduction to ashwaganda as a whole, but if I decide to continue taking supplements, I will opt for one with L-theanine and a 600 mg dosage.

I can't contribute it all to the Ashwagandha as I've been taking other supplements as well, but I know it's helping me to feel better. Ashwagandha is an evergreen shrub which acts as an adaptogen to help improve the body's resistance to physical and emotional stress. This gift from Mother Nature is found to help with adrenal stress, fatigue, depression, and anxiety as well as inflammation, regulating the immune system, and improvement of low blood pressure. I will definitely keep it in my holistic regimen and recommend those who experience stress often give it a try.

I received a bottle of Nature’s Way Ashwagandha Capsules for free from Influenster and Nature’s Way for testing purposes in exchange for my honest review. I’ve been taking a capsule in the morning and at night for about a week and it has slightly helped my stress, anxiety, and sleep. I have tried different products with Ashwagandha in them and I do really believe it helps with overall mood. The capsules are gluten free, no yeast derived ingredients, wheat, corn, soy, dairy, or artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives. This is a great supplement! I will continue to use it, but I do think it could be a little bit stronger in one rather than taking multiple capsules per day.

Best Ashwagandha Ever!

I remember having so much stress locked in my body (bad relationship) that I felt stuck in a chemical loop that could cause me to tremble from my solar plexus. A friend gave me some capsules of Nature's Way Ashwagandha. I took two. Within 20 minutes it felt like my Pituitary had been put down for a nap. I was relaxed, stress free for the next 4-6 hours. It was bliss. I went out and got myself a bottle and used Ashwagandha heavily for a few months - until I was again able to regulate my stress response on my own. I no longer need it daily but do like to keep it on hand.I've tried other great Ashwagandha products but, for me, none compare to Nature's Way. The quality is amazing.

Relieves mild symptoms of anxiety and stress

The Natures Way Ashwagandha Casules were sent to me through @Influenster in exchange for my honest opinion and review of the product. I started taking Ashwagandha for symptoms of anxiety and stress. I started taking the lowest daily dose and immediately noticed feeling calmer, more at ease and less anxious. I noticed that my cycling thoughts stops and I was cable to catch my thoughts and work on them rather than letting them taking over my thought process. I also just felt ab overall sense of calm. The feelings of tension and stress felt relieved, and overall I started to feel better and like myself again. I am truly impressed and would recommend Ashwagandha for anyone struggling with mild symptoms of anxiety and/of symptoms stress.
