Love that they have a zinc gummy over a liquid (which is difficult to take personally but also our kids don't like zinc liquids due to the heavy taste). I don't tend to take dietary supplements since I take a multivitamin every day. However, I have been impressed with the Nature's Way Zinc Gummies. My partner and I have taken them for several weeks. While we can't say that our immune systems have improved, neither of us has been sick at the beginning of cold/flu season. The mixed berry flavor is quite tasty; the gummies are easy to chew and swallow; and they don't stick to your teeth. I refer gummies over pills or capsules. I recommend this dietary supplement. These gummies have been a game-changer for me. Not only are they delicious and convenient, but they also support my immune function. I received Nature’s Way Zinc Gummies as a gift. These gummies are delicious and taste like berries candy gummies. 2 gummies provide 200% of Zinc daily value. These gummies are a convenient easy way to get zinc but I’m wary of any supplements that tastes like candy. I prefer normal capsules tablets that way I won’t worry about overdosing. I would have preferred zinc in capsule tablet form and feel this way is a much healthy sugar free way to get Zinc as opposed to Zinc gummies.
