I'm a male and acquired a UTI. Tried to flush through extra hydration to no avail. Researched natural remedies and came across Nature's Way and decided to give it a try. After a week of 6 capsules daily no improvement in my condition. Took antibiotic for 7 days and UTI cleared out. Immediately began taking 3 Nature's Way daily so as not to have a reoccurence or so I thought. By day 5 UTI returned. For me personally I have not had a positive outcome by consuming these capsules. Hoped I would have the outcome so many other reviewers are experiencing.

I have fought urinary tract infections for years. A good nurse practitioner recommended cranberry in high doses to help provide bladder acidity. I tried this and other cranberry forms and this is the one that worked for me. Our local grocery store pharmacy has it and then doesn't so eBay is the place to find it reliably and at a good price. I do not plan to stop taking these. I take 6 capsules a day, 2 at a time, so the number adds up. But having no UTI is priceless! The fruit is packaged in vegetable-based capsules for those who wish to avoid animal products. I find that they seem a bit more likely to stick to my mucus membranes than animal-based gelatin capsules, so that encourages me to take them with lots of water. And that also is good for me! Yay!

I’m using the cranberry to help dissolve the fat in my connective tissue from lymphatic swelling after hip replacement surgery. It seems to be helping. Cranberry is also good for your microbiome to help increase the Akkermansia bacteria.

I addicted to caffeine drink for many years ago, so I bought this to improve my bladder health. I don't want to go to toilet so many times as caffeine drinks always cause diuretic effect.
I usually take a cranberry supplement every day. I was very happy with the gel capsule form. When I ordered this, I didn't realize it was a tablet. I load up my pill boxes with all of my supplements for the month. This tablet disintegrates in the pill box and gums all the other pills together, making it very hard to get the daily dose out. I also started having some rather significant heartburn. Since stopping the cranberry, it has gotten much better. It seems to have been harsh on the stomach.
