Nature's Truth Ultra Hair Skin & Nails Plus Biotin 60 Coated Caplets

After almost a week of taking this vitamin I noticed a difference in my nails and skin. My skin became much clearer and had a glow and my nails became so strong. Product is very affordable. I plan to update once I see the effects it has on my hair!

I found these at Burlington for $5.99. I’ve only used these once and went back to buy another one and they were gone. I haven’t seen a change in my skin but my nails have grown out stronger and out healthier. And my esthetician noticed my eyebrow hairs were more filled in than the last time I visited her. So I would repurchase and next time I’ll be multiple bottles

This is my first time purchasing these supplements and so far I am happy with them. However, I will need to take for an extended period of time to see if in fact it is helpful. I do notice that my nails have started growing more. Perhaps the benefits will be as indicated in the description.

I've compared the ingredients of this supplement to other "high rated, high reputation" brands and it seemed to be superior to most. It's been about more than a month since I started taking this product and my hair looks fuller, shinier and healthier. I highly recommend trying this product for yourself as it really works.

Not convinced

I didn't realise when I bought this brand that you need to take x3 tabs per day! Therefore a bottle of 60 really doesn't last long. Results haven't been noticeable on my nails or hair, my skin is good but I'm also using some other products for this. Going to try out GO Healtheries Nail, Skin, Hair product next.

Worth trying

i have started eating this for 1 week and seems my hair loss problem has been improved! But at the same time i also use the Mild BY Nature Biotin shampoo, so don't know which one actually account for the result, or both of them do. anyway worth trying since it's good for skin as well.
