have been taking this supplements for forth bottles. initially not regularly and not serious. just due to my pre diabetes concern.am 66 of age, a bit overweight at 86 kg and 178 cm. was 100 kg for 2 or 3 years in the 90s. but cutting back on sugar reduced my weight until i learned to stop adding sugar to my drink and foods. but the weight just cud not be lower than 82 kg for long.tumeric also helped weight lost by a bit.about 9 months ago i try to take this before lunch and dinner, while also cutting the rice and noodles by 1/3 size. in a week i lost 3 kg. then continued to lost weight all the time.now perhaps stabilise at 77 kg. no side effects felt but easier to move around due to lower weight.

I’ve been taking this for a couple of weeks now and my cravings for sugar has almost completely disappeared. I notice lightening of the skin color on my neck as well. Darker neck is associated with insulin resistance. I’ve tried so many neck creams but nothing has worked to lighten the skin color on my neck. This is totally working.Between the greatly reduced sugar cravings and the skin of my neck finally lightening, I know this is working. I have started giving this to my teen son as well.I try to take it 3 times a day but definitely twice a day.It’s supposed to have an anti tumor effect so that’s just added bonus to prevent any such issue in the future.I would totally recommend this product.Please like if my review helped you in any way at all.

The first meal that I tested it on was a bowl of Ramen noodles. I have tested my blood sugar many times after eating these noodles, and it always ranged from the low 140s to the low 160s. I had been getting another brand of Berberine same size caps and amount in taller narrower bottle. Now I had to transfer the Well BetX caps to a different bottle and label.
