I rubbed this all over a rack of ribs (after removing the membrane) and then left in the fridge for 8 hours. Then cooked the ribs on about 120c for 4 hours and the results were amazing! This is a great rub. Nice kick but not too spicy. Definitely didnt need sauce with the ribs!

A nice flavour packed rub, great for almost any type of meat, a handy packet to keep in the cupboard for when you want to add some extra flavour to your meat.
Rubbed this into a rack of ribs and cooked slow for 4 hours, ribs came out perfect, I look forward to trying it on other meat
Goodness me, I really wasn't expecting much, but this made for some delightful barbecue flavour chicken. I don't often buy a spice blend, because many times they're bland and overpriced, but this one really delivers! It made for a delicious and easy "fakeaway", served with mexican rice and spicy minted peas. Clean plates all around, even a hit with toddlers!
Was so easy to marinate, pop in fridge then go out with family. Came back for dinner had already pre cooked rice and then popped the chicken under the grill. Was super tasty kids enjoyed
My son is autistic and he won’t have any other than this product ! It’s very tasty and bbq -ey 👍🏻
