Have proved successful, don't completely eradicate snoring but do reduce the volume massively so my other half can sleep well. Have helped improve the flow of air when breathing so I haven't been woken up as much with blockages. The clip part that attaches to the nose can be slightly uncomfortable at first but after a while isn't noticeable. Adjusting the bits inside slightly tricky but not too hard. A very welcome piece of kit, shame the charge for something that is basically plastic is so high.

I have used both mute and turbine. They are very similar in design. The turbine has slightly more pronounced ribs to the side of the circle. Those ribs are supposed to keep the turbine in your nose during more strenuous activities than sleeping. I find that the mute fits my nose so well that I can easily use it when I’m exercising as well. So I use the mute for both. I am a stomach and a side sleeper and find the mute very comfortable, not noticeable while sleeping.I know the recommendation is to use each unit about 10 times. I’ve had one pair for years and it is continue to work flawlessly. I would say a pack of three is going to last you a very long time.Do they work? Yes, they absolutely do. I have a small nose and nostrils. When I breathe in sharply, my nostrils close, making it difficult to get sufficient air when exercising. I have found that the mute or turbine when exercising allows massive airflow. Itinerary as if you had a stuffy nose and then suddenly you don’t. Makes a huge difference in my work out and in my sleep.

These had the best reviews of any snoring aid I've seen so I bought them with full confidence and they didn't work even tho adjusted correctly. I was so determined I used this, put a snore strip on my nose, used the snore spray and I put on one of those magnetic snore rings all at once. Which is each product I've tried each time up till buying this today. So 4 things and my snoring was just as bad as ever. Each night I try and sleep with my new wife and each night she has to send me to the spare room and it's so frustrating. She gets videos to show me how bad I am each time. I know I adjusted them right. I followed guide videos, and my breathing felt so clear and easy as it told me it should. They was pushed in enough and there was a lot of resistance like they said ... MoreThese had the best reviews of any snoring aid I've seen so I bought them with full confidence and they didn't work even tho adjusted correctly. I have a slight deviated septum and over the years have also found it difficult to breathe at night through my nose due to congestion. Mute is a nasal dilator, that when in place helps clear my nasal passage and enable me to breathe through my nose more easily and not my mouth, thus reduce snoring. The Trial Pack enables you to get the right size, and size is important. Too big and it will hurt, too small and it falls out. Each Mute can be adjusted upwards. It takes a couple of nights to get used to it. I'm a Medium on one setting upward. Is their a simple cure for snoring? No. Can you help reduce it? Yes. So, if you want to breathe more easily at night and help reduce your snoring, them Mute may be for you.
These little things have helped to cure my loud and unattractive snoring. They're comfortable to wear, easy to adjust, and don't look too silly. I just pop one in when I settle down to sleep.I'm a middle aged woman and I've snored for years because I always sleep with my mouth open. There's nothing medically wrong with my breathing (I don't have any respiratory conditions, I'm not overweight, don't smoke and don't drink alcohol) but it just feels like I can't get enough air in if I try to settle down to sleep with my mouth closed - it's just psychological. Now the Mute holds my nostrils open so I can feel plenty of oxygen getting in and there's no need to be a mouth-breather any more - I can settle down without my mouth hanging open like a fish.I actually put a ... MoreThese little things have helped to cure my loud and unattractive snoring. Now the Mute holds my nostrils open so I can feel plenty of oxygen getting in and there's no need to be a mouth-breather any more - I can settle down without my mouth hanging open like a fish.I actually put a little bit of micropore tape on my lips to remind me to keep them closed - not a lot, like a gag, but just a token inch to remind my sleeping brain to keep my mouth shut. It might sound (and look) a bit daft, but my husband tells me my snoring has been much reduced in the past two weeks since I started using this product. We're both pleased with the results and will keep going.
I've been using the mute for 10 months. Sometimes it helps with my snoring sometimes it doesn't, although according to my wife when I am snoring it isn't as prevalent. Based upon my iphone and iwatch apps my at sleep breathing has improved, especially when my sinuses are impacted. I've also noticed that my sleep cycle is a little more restful probably due to the increase in breathing. You do have to get used to it stretching the nasal passage a little but it's not discomfortable. For now I'll keep on using them.
I found this amazing, I was surprised that it didn't irritate the inside of my nose, and that it actually allowed me to breathe better. It really does open up the airways. However, my wife complained that it made me snore more?! I'll need to use it for a few more nights and see if that really is the case.
I found that this product was absolutely excellent at doing what its designed to do - provide dilation of the nasal passages to allow easier breathing through the nose. I find that my nose "closes" up very easily, meaning that I can't get enough air through nose-breathing and end up breathing through my mouth, which dries my mouth out overnight. With this in place I can feel a massive difference and can breathe easily through my nose, so in that respect it is excellent. I also found it easy to fit and very comfortable once in place - I literally could not feel it at all and even forgot in the morning that I had it in until I saw it in the bathroom mirror!
They can cause some discomfort and need for a day or two break but overall are comfortable to wear. Definitely worth trying the variety pack first to get your correct size - I can wear medium or large. In summary, one of the best options to aid breathing at night, and certainly worth a try.
Everyone is different of course, but for me these made absolutely no difference at all. Tried all the sizes but large was the best fit. A little uncomfortable at first but can't have been that bad as I fell asleep! My wife however still could not due to my snoring. Zero difference I'm afraid!
