I'm not sure what I was expecting from a pre-workout that's lemonade flavour, maybe the taste of the lemonade icy poles pictured, but definitely not actually fresh squeeze lemonade. It's way too sweet and leaves a bitter aftertaste.This one is an absolute no from me.I don't really notice much of an energy boost but that's just me personally

The best pre workout. Tastes like apple black current juice boxes from childhood. So yummy. No crash. No weird face tingles. Perfect for training in the morning. Mixes with creatine well. Would recommend. No grit either. Will be buying again!

I had one of the best leg sesssion’s of my life on this pre. I take pre regularly and am used to the high-dose stimulants so I decided to go for the full dose and have 2 scoops. As I mentioned, this was arguably one of the best leg sessions of my life, I was jacked up on energy and insanely focused to the point I didn’t want to stop, this was great! I had a time constraint at the gym so had to power through the session. I took the pre at around 4pm. When I was driving home and around the place, I noticed an insane amount of focus was way too much for after a workout... the effects hadn’t worn off over an hour and a half and I was still let’s just say beaming. I followed the instructions regarding dosage and within 10 minutes I had pins and needles going through my whole body. It was an awful feeling and took ages to subside. The lemonade taste was sickeningly sweet. You are warned about the caffeine level, but it was the Beta Alanine effect which I personally found worse. I regretted purchasing this and when comparing this to my original Legacy product - where I did not experience pins and needles (purchased from Coles) - I realised they were different products! Coles has Legacy "Sport" and does not contain Beta Alanine. The taste of this pre is good but it makes me feel really sick every time I take it. I am not sensitive to caffeine at all but still started with half a scoop like the pack suggested, but halfway through my workout I felt like I was going to throw up. I tried taking it a couple more times over the last few weeks in case it was something else making me ill but every time it makes me feel so sick. I’m really disappointed as it’s hard to find preworkout with all the ingredients I want and this one looked great. My partner also felt sick after trying it (he usually smashes a triple scoop of other pre’s) so it may have been a dodgy batch but I had the same issue with another flavour so I’m not sure.
This is the best pre I’ve ever tried.The taste is amazing. I pair it with sparkling water and it tastes like an energy drink but costs 1/6 of the price. It dissolves really well so you don’t get clumps.I received the wrong order. Idk if it was the websites fault or my own so I can’t fault them but it’s worth meantioning.The workout is pretty good. Decent energy. Not really any noticeable difference to the pump.I get pretty itchy from taking a full scoop so that’s a downside
Gets you going! I usually have the Red Candy Sticks flavour, but this was a great one to mix things up with! It reminds me of the Hubba Bubba grape bubblegum from when I was a kid - so good. Love how it gives you heaps of energy but doesn't make you wired.
This is my fav flavor so far, not too sweet. My first time using legacy and it def gave me the boost I needed for my 5am workouts. I don’t get the tingly sensation from the beta alaninine but my husband does and he didn’t like it so be sure to test your tolerance on this. I have a full scoop with no affects but he had half and still felt it
