Great quality grass fed whey protein that is easily digested. So far I’ve blended a couple scoops into a butternut squash soup, added to a green smoothie and blended into yogurt. It’s a delicious and healthy way to boost protein intake in our diets. Two scoops of this protein is one serving and contains 24 grams of protein. The protein is nutritious and blends in seamlessly with a silky smooth texture. The flavor is subtle, blends in beautifully and does not overpower with a strong goat flavor. So glad to find this and hope to keep this as a pantry staple!

As such I use Sun Warrior Active Protein for slow release protein and also to widen the variety of my protein sources with some vegan ones.I wish Mt Capra will make bigger tubs though. For good muscle building I take two servings a day, sometimes more.Scoop isn’t accurate, so I weigh the servings each time.
I love everything about this powder. I discovered it a few months ago and have gone through multiple tubs. I use the powder in my morning smoothie to pack in the good protein and amino acids. This power is easy to mix and the taste is neutral. It is much more pleasant tasting than using vegan protein powders, at least to me. It digests easily and doesn't cause any bloating or digestive issues. The price is great. I love the company ethics of Mt. Capra as well. They make great quality products.
I tried out the unsweetened Mt. Capra Clean Whey Protein. Let me tell you, if you don't like the taste of goat milk, this may not be the product for you. But the cool thing is, being unsweetened means it skips those nasty artificial sugars ingredients and only high quality goat protein. I usually add it to my smoothies for a protein boost. Mixing it can be a bit tricky, especially in hot liquids like coffee. But, I discovered that my Vitamix makes a perfect pro-coffee (protein coffee). Despite the unique taste and blending challenges, it's my go-to protein, especially since I'm a bit sensitive to lactose.
I only bought this because the unsweetened version was out of stock, but honestly, I would buy this again next time, though I still prefer the unsweetened version. The vanilla taste is so mild that the taste of the stevia is even more powerful. I mix it with the goat milk and I drink it hot before bed. So good! I think this will be a better option if you can't stand the gamy/acidic taste of goat whey protein, but personally, I have no problem with it.
I agree when MT Capra says this protein powder is clean. It certainly feel and that way to me . It's ultra light and fluffy. It dissolve very easily in the blender. I primarily use this in a smoothie as my protein source. It a breakfast substitute for me when I'm in a rush. First I add frozen fruit (generally any type of some berries I have of hand plus a 1/2 of avocado or1/2 of a frozen banana for added creaminess plus .I also add some ground chia and flax seeds. I also with a purfied water, just enough to over frozen fruit at the base of blender blades.Lastly I add any type of greens I have on hand usually those used for salads. for fantastic smoothie. This powder desolves easily and is quite digestible .
Excellent quality Whey protein. This is the first time I tried this Goat whey protein . I use it in just plain water and just mix a few tablespoons of water with the powder because first time I had lumps that would not dissolve but it does not change the quality of the product, which excellent in my opinion. Taste has a slight hint of goat milk but I enjoy the taste and the nutritional benefits. I would recommend this product because Mt Capra products in general are high quality in my opinion. Size and packaging is also good but what’s more important is the ingredient.
This protein powder I love that he comes from a family farm and has great morals as a company. It is a cleaner weigh protein whereas other ones are gums and fillers which I absolutely hate. You’ll find that the only ingredients are in here that are a little something to sweeten it and then just goes way powder. Highly recommend this to anyone trying to get more protein in their diet which could be really hard especially as a mom. I Mix it in with a hot chocolate milk to relax. I love all of Mount cappers other products as well. The taste is slightly go to though just to note
