Motorola Moto G13 4GB/128GB 6.5 Dual Sim Blue

Decent value-for-money phone with stock Android, and user-friendly features. There are a few things which I noticed: • the adaptive brightness isn't accurate • AI generated message replies are helpful • gaming performance was good • the camera isn't exceptional • sound quality is great • battery back-up is also good

A good replacement

This was purchased to replace a Moto G4 which was still quite usable, but would not run more current software. It was simple to transfer data from the existing phone and the phone is simple to use with a clear display, good battery life and perfectly adequate camera for the occasional use I make of it.A good replacement at a reasonable price.

A really good phone for the price

This is a great phone for the price especially as I traded in my old phone. I don't need an expensive one as I am elderly and really only use a small amount of apps. This phone has all the features of a more expensive one anyway. The camera is a good one as well. I don't know a great deal about the technicalities of the phone but my son does and I value his opinion. He recommended it and I am very happy with it.

First Rate Value

OK so the G13 is not ultra tech. But it comes with latest Android software, excellent storage a good camera, huge screen and good battery life between charges. Can't be beaten if you don't really care about a fashionable name on the phone. Even comes with a sleeve for product protection. Does everything needed at a fantastic price.

Good phone. Great battery life. Not too wild about Android 10, but dealing with it. Great memory. Do enjoy the stylist for text messaging and notes.

Been good so far. Won't say great though. Excellant battery life. Can get two days on a charge. Like the stylus leaving note and sending messages. Although people complain about my writing. Not wild about the new Android 10. What used to take 1-2 finger movements, now seem to take 3-4. And the ''back swipe'' is not dependable. Dumped some of the Google apps like Calender in favor of sinpler off-brand apps. Wish i could eliminate some of the Google apps. And the system quit asking me to ''upgrade to the Google apps"" i quit using. I find the screen good. Not as super as my old phone, but still very good.

Great Value

This is an excellent phone with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal memory. Besides allowing more memory to be added, you can have 2 SIM cards for alternate numbers, say work and personal. The screen is good and seems to have a good processor. It also has the latest Android 13 so current apps are going to work.I have found nothing to dislike so far and using the Google backup from my previous phone, all data and apps were transferred so, all in all, 5 stars all the way.

Great phone for a great price

I opted for a Moto to replace my 5yr old phone, on recommendation. Looking at the options (there are a lot), I chose the G13 due to the good memory capacity & camera and that it was also a reasonable price compared to similar phones.Very happy with it. It's super fast, easy to transfer the data from my old phone & use. The camera is also excellent. For the price, this is a great phone choice.

Slowest phone I've ever used!!

This phone comes with MediaTek processor which is below average and slower than a slope. It takes time to even open the default applications and also hanging issue is just so annoying I mean even if your use is very light and general, still it will be right up in your arse sometimes. But the only reason I haven't given 1 star is because it has pretty good speakers and Battery backup, I mean for the sound It is all good to go and even battery stand for more than a day. 2 stars because there are phones that provides better processor than Motorola G13 so please think and research before buying!

Text Messaging Issues

Had a couple of issues. Text messaging is completely out of whack. Some messages come repeatedly and others don’t arrive at all. Waiting for technical bods to call back. Pretty disappointing as this is my fifth Motorola, but the first to have any problems

Value for money phone

For the money this phone is a reallz good buy and it's mean to quibble about the drawbacks. All the same, here they are: it's a bit too tall for my trouser pocket.. The "Hello Moto" at startup is naff Only digital zoom on the camera All I want is a decent camera, the ability to make and receive calls and texts, Firefox plus a few apps, all with a minimal Android O/S. This phone does the lot.
