Recently bought this, we were really quite taken back that the hop plates do not have a temperature control, they are either on or off. One hot plate is hotter than the other so I guess it's a matter of getting used to it. But it's disappointing, aside from that I'm quite happy with it, price wise very affordable, its light and compact and user friendly. I haven't had a chance to use the oven but I'm sure it'll be fine (thankfully, that does have a temperature control)
