Mondella 900mm Matte Black Rumba Double Towel Rail

I bought this thinking it was middle of the range at $89, yes it is in price but the quality cheap plastic and it bends even with 1dry towel, pulling out of the wall due to hopeless mounting size points for a double , do not waste your money, the extra $20 - $30 you get quality with no bend with wet towels . What a rip off at this price

I purchased this 900mm towel rail and mounted it using their fittings, upon placing towels on it the mounts failed, I went back to Bunnings and their comment was, oh of course, the ones supplied are awful, you need these ones. So forked out the extra for the ones that will "absolutley" do the job, and, no, another fail. The design of these towel rails is such that unless going into a stud, the tiny little mount point causes the rail to dig into the plasterboard and mounting bracket in the plaster to bend, I am now left with two large holes in the plaster where I had to pull out the highly recommended plasterboard mounting brackets. As an aside, we also purchased the 600mm rail and it seems to be okay, less weight on the platerboard.

Good quality. Sleek and slimline. Looks great in the new bathroom!
