To Mission management,We really like your product but have had 2 of 20 packages with partially sealed ends. Even product with functionally sealed ends show inconsistent heat seal placement. Your process is not in control.To. BJ management,We do most of our shopping online (which is great, love it). Not your fault we got these. Don't expect you to QC items but our high incidence of faulty product may be caused by customers noticing bad product and choosing good product.As I said earlier good product bad process.
I buy these because my girlfriend likes them, but they are more expensive than I like. The last package I bought only had 7 tortillas. The package was new and sealed. My girlfriend thought the 7 might still weigh 12 ounces, so she checked using her food scale. The 7 weighed 10.5 ounces, so definitely shorted by the number of tortillas and the weight.I’m sure they are packaged by a machine, so I’m surprised you his could happen. We typically don’t use an entire package for one meal, so now I’m curious how many times we may have been shorted before but didn’t realize it.I may be picky, but if I’m paying about $5 for a package of 8, I want 8.

I always buy Mission tortillas. I saw these and thought I could make my meals just a little bit better balanced. But I have to say, I could taste the difference. There is something that I can't describe. I ate my tortilla warmed on the griddle so I could enjoy just the tortilla but I wasn't happy. In terms of the texture these tortillas deliver. They bend and have a soft texture like regular flour tortillas on the market. However, these also have a very noticeable sweet taste. After reviewing the ingredients more closely I see added sweetener. This is not in a quantity to just balance flavors; it notably makes the tortillas sweet. It doesn’t work well for me for low carb tacos. Even with seasoned meat i can still taste the sweetener. TLDR texture is fine but unnecessarily sweet. Not a match for my kitchen, might be for yours.

I used to buy the regular Mission Flour Tortillas and I really enjoyed them. However, I decided to buy these Mission Low Carb Tortillas because of the lower calorie and high fiber. These taste just as good as the regular Tortillas and they are soft! I make Quiche Egg Cups and have 2 for Breakfast everyday. I cut the Tortilla into 4 triangles. Then I place them on a muffin cup. I whip the eggs and add Chopped Onion and Brocolli to the eggs and pour them into the muffin tin. Then I top this with a small amount of Mozzarella Cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 21 minutes. These are so good! I make bean burritos, enchiladas and soft tacos as well. I am losing weight and I have more energy after eating these Low Carb, high fiber Tortillas. Highly recommended.
