Recovery speed is excellent. High tones are very loud. You definately know that you have found silver or jewelry. I found a James Avery ring on my 1st use.

Equinox 700

Great unit - actually like it better than my 900. The Equinox 700 is very accurate and solid tones so less guessing and more like sniping. Detector warehouse has been great to work with on several purchases

New Adventure

I am very new at metal detecting but the Minelab Equinox 700 has been easy to set-up and start detecting. It has a lot of good features so hopefully the learning curve isn't to hard.

Very happy with the Equinox 700 Metal Detector I purchased from Modern Metal Detectors. Day and night difference over the competitors model I have been using for many years. Learning to use the detector was easy after watching a video online on how to operate. Controls are simple to navigate. Weight and design of unit do not fatigue or strain the body. I went over areas previously searched and was amazed at items missed by old detector. This Equinox 700 will up my treasure seeking ability.

Pleasantly Surprised!

Bought this equinox 700 for my back up. Tested it in my yard that I thought I cleaned out with my Nox 900. To my surprise, I found a silver ring and more coins. Im definitely happy with the machine. Performed wonderfully for half the price of my equinox 900 :) very easy to use!

So far, impressed

Being a novice, I wanted a detector to have great presets with the ability to learn as I go. It’s a lot of information, but, enjoying it. Even though they do not include the ground balance in the quick start instructions, I would recommend it.

Worth the money

The supplier sent it extremely fast. Arrived in perfect condition. The 700 works great. I took it out for a week and found a ring and a cannonball and a coin from South Korea! Unfortunately it’s cold where I live so I’ll be indoors for now. The depth detection is spot on and the pinpointer feature is also great. I love this detector and I’m happy I got it! Definitely worth the money. And the seller included free gifts which was also great! Thanks guys!
