I bought the Navigator AT three weeks or so ago. I have played four rounds and various courses. My home course at Maleny has steep hills and side sloping fairways. The Navigator exceeded my expectations handling all conditions with ease including the roughest of terrain where the ground had been dug up by staff maintenance vehicles. The wider track at the front wheels makes the world of difference and the stabilising rear centre wheel prevented the Navigator from tipping. I have read comments about the Navigator falling/crashing over and believe this could only be a result of operator error. The attachment of the cooler bag is very simple and it has a decent capacity.Removing the wheels, sand bottle and cooler bag and folding for transport is a breeze taking only a minute or so.I have received many comments about the ease of use and how well the Navigator performs from playing partners and members of other groups passing by. I believe I have sold a lot of people on what is essentially hands free operation that makes for an enjoyable round of golf.

The MGI Navigator is the best electric golf cart I have used for sure. Great stability with 4 wheels, remote has a lock feature so when you put it in your pocket it doesn't send the cart off by accident. Quite a long range from remote to cart which is handy for sending cart to next hole when you are going to the green. I have had mine for over a year and it is still working as well as it did when I first got it. I even bought my husband one for his 70th birthday this year and he loves it. Keeps us older folk young and active. 👍😀

Amazing cart when it work. However, I’ve had 2 carts die on me now. First one worked for 9 holes. The second on worked for 54 holes. Though you can put it in manual mode by moving the wheel position, pushing an extra 30 lbs is no fun. Also with no manual brake parking on any sort of hill is tough. Fingers crossed the third one I receive will just work as intended. Keep the box because if you have to exchange it, MGI does not provide a box or packaging materials.

The MGI Navigator is the best electric golf cart I have used for sure. Great stability with 4 wheels, remote has a lock feature so when you put it in your pocket it doesn't send the cart off by accident. I love my Zip Navigator AT! It's not my first remote control buggy, but by far the best I have owned. Its features are excellent and perform exactly as advertised. My home course is very hilly. The AT has more than enough power to take the steepest hill with ease; the anti=tip wheel provides stability. The gyroscope straight tracker allows the AT to hold its line on the course, as does the wider front wheels. It even maintains its line on side hills. A feature on the remote that serves me best is the lock button. It prevents an accidental starting of the buggy if the remote is in your pocket. Absolutely love my new MGI Zip AT! Pull up so much better the day after golf, not taking iboprufen before or after golf any more! So convenient and easy to use. Recommend golfers also purchase the insulated golf bag - a great investment - so good for extra water, snacks, remote cable (I also use it to carry battery to club where my clubs are in buggy shed). Makes those hilly courses so much easier. Do yourself a favour and get one. You'll be so pleased you did.
This cart makes walking much easier. I noticed the very 1st time I used it, how much more energy I had following 18 holes. I have rotator cuff issues in both shoulders and pushing a cart up hill aggravated my shoulders. The responsiveness of the cart with the remote is absolutely perfect. I especially like the AT version with the front wheels a little further apart for added stability. It’s perfect for me and a few of the other club members are buying them as well. It’s super easy to put together and it’s extremely well built. This cart is worth every penny, without a doubt.

I feel less fatigued while playing especially on hilly courses and towards the end of rounds and in hot weather, more relaxed throughout the game, clubs are on call wherever I may be. Have had my navigator AT for three months now. Has been very reliable, never missed a beat and always bounces back from rough territory off the fairways. Had a couple of tree collisions and retic box drop ins but the navigator continues on. It is very sturdy. Battery life is very good, better than expected to be honest. Remote has very good battery life also and the navigator AT is very responsive to the remote.I suffer from a rheumatic disorder of the upper back, shoulders and arms and this buggy has allowed me to finish 18 holes with minimum discomfort, especially the last 4 holes of any round. By not having to pull/push a manual buggy saves the muscles in my upper body.Would recommend this buggy. Some might say it is quite expensive but from my point of view it ... Although I haven’t had the ability to use it on the golf course yet it has some great features including rapid charging battery and easy to connect to the buggy. Very quick and agile and for an electric buggy folds up relatively small for transporting. I particularly like the gyroscope built-in to the buggy which allows you to keep it under control and in the right direction. It pays to use the lock button when the remote is in your pocket as twice I had the remote in my pocket and whilst bending over the cart took off. It was almost Impossible to remove and I was worried about snapping some of the lugs off but after a phone call to MGI in Nunawading we fixed the problem.Prompt delivery taking about four days from initial order. I’ve always had a pushcart but could imagine expending much less energy during a round with this unit. Well-made and easy to fold and unfold. At around about 17 kg I thought it was heavy but compared to many other motorised versions out there and the smaller battery I think this unit is by far miles ahead of the opposition.If you are over 6 foot and are going to purchase the umbrella holder make sure that you get the umbrella extension otherwise there’s not much room under the umbrella canopy for you.

Recently the right wheel developed a crack and as luck would have it we were on the 13th hole, as far away from the club house as possible. The wheel had functioned without issue up until that time but developed a slight 'click' on the 13th fairway. On examination by my playing partners and I, we detected a minor crack in one of the 3 spooks of this wheel. I immediately headed back to the club house but the wheel continued to deteriorate to the point where it was oval in shape under load and could no longer support the buggy and golf bag. This in turn created damage to the perimeter of this wheel.On contacting MGI service department by phone, ... Despite querying if their suggestion was the case how was I able to get to the 13th hole without any problem, I was still advised that MGI would not accept liability.I am therefore disappointed that liability was denied and in my opinion this appears to be company policy.
