I bought this to be one of those kitchen staples. Made many dishes in it too. Very handy indeed.. I have used it everyday since buying it. Was even thinking of buying my parents and daughter one as gifts. Many dishes made in it. Even poached eggs. Great from stove to oven. The only downside i can say about it is... the handles get very very hot! But now I use my oven mitts or a close to hand tea towel.. So be careful with handles. But it wouldn't put me off from buying it at all. I was intending to buy a frying pan with a lid. But this is more of a multi pan.. Ticks all the boxes ..

6 months ago I purchased this dish in favour of a heavy cast iron version. I don't believe a day has gone by when I haven't used it and it still looks fabulous! inside the patina of use has developed a warm brown tone but it cleans so well and its non stick capabilities haven't diminished. Its only slight drawback(and you get over this) is yes, it gets blisteringly hot! do not attempt to touch it when in use without oven glove or cloth! That aside, I would highly recommend this to everyone and especially those living in small places that want to pan fry fish/meat and don't want the pervading smells and droplets of oil/butter showering hob and surfaces nearby. I have several large Le Creuset casserole dishes and had been thinking of buying a shallow one for a while as I knew it would be useful for hob to oven dishes. Looked at Le Creuset...very nice but expensive and very heavy.....and then spotted this. Took a chance and bought it and I'm more than delighted. Lightweight but well made, non stick, and cleans like a dream. Don't be put off by the comments about hot handles, just remember to use oven gloves when you're handling it. We share the cooking and my husband loves it as much as I do. Perfect !

This item was ordered as a gift. I know the recipient will be delighted with the performance of this Masterclass casserole pan as I purchased one over two years ago, used it loads and it’s a great product. I’ve cooked everything from spaghetti Bol, curries etc to sautéed potatoes and omelettes. Would definitely recommend, just fab.
I was sent this free to review Its so very light, cooks so well on the hob and oven and washes up easily. The one thing the handles and lid get really hot when it's being used on a hob and this was a bit worrying when stirring. I really wanted to give this the full five stars but the handles and lid let it down.
Absolutely love my casserole dish which I wanted when I don't have so many children to feed due to going back to university. Lots of casserole dishes do not allow high temperatures with glass lid on in oven. This is perfect size, non stick. Just remember to use oven gloves to remove from oven and remove lid. Easy to wash. Now using it for all sorts of cooking on hob and oven. Highly recommend.
I’ve looked at cast iron pans in similar designs to this pan but never purchased one because of the heavy weight. This aluminium version is absolutely perfect. It is sturdy but lightweight, really versatile because it can go on the hob or in the oven, really easy to clean and holds plenty of food. I recently cooked a chicken Bhuna to feed 8 hungry people and this pan was the perfect size. Even better I got it in the sale so I was delighted with the price. I’m sure it will be used many times over the coming years.
Have used several times since purchase and it’s great! Very light and the heat seems to distribute well. The dimpling on the inside of the lip keeps the moisture and flavour in during cooking. Perfect for family meals and better than my old dish as it’s not too deep so doesn’t take up as much room in the oven. The pan does get very hot very quickly even on the hob so you’ll always need to carry it with oven glove during use. My husband learnt the hard way!
I'm reviewing this product for Ocado due to a free coupon. The size is great for cooking for a large family. Easy to clean, lightweight but sturdy design. As the manufacturer points out, the handles do get very hot so oven gloves are recommended.

It's a really nice large dish at 28" diameter and easily handles a sizeable amount of food. Despite looking as though it would be rough I found the non-stick coating works well. The lid fits securely and is covered in small spiky dimples that condense steam and return the liquid to your food to prevent it drying out. I like the square handles, they give a good grip and are easy to use. It should be said though that they do heat up during cooking, so oven gloves or pot holders are a necessity. The casserole works equally well with my induction hob. I now use it frequently as my main frying/sauteing pan.
