Mason Cash in The Forest Bear Mixing Bowl 24cm Ochre
The charming Mason Cash 'In The Forest' range features intricate embossed forest scene designs inspired by folk tales from the mid-19th Century. In many fairy stories and folk tales, the bear is symbolic of the primal power of nature. First made in 1901, the Mason Cash mixing bowls have been loved by generations of cooks and bakers. Their famous earthenware bowls have been designed to be light enough to hold in one arm while mixing, but sturdy enough to use on the countertop. Perfect for home bakers, these bowls feature a proud rim and a textured exterior that helps with gripping and tipping, while the wide shallow shape allows for kneading within the bowl. Each bowl has a high gloss glaze which provides a chip resistant finish. The Size 24 bowl measures 24 x 10cm with 2.0 litre capacity. This size is perfect for pastry, cookies, and cake mixes. Mason Cash mixing bowls are microwave, freezer, and dishwasher safe.

This mixing bowl is large and very sturdy. The heavy weight of the bowl keeps it from tipping over when mixing or otherwise using it. The design pattern of bears around sides is adorable and the raised imprint and indentations around the edge make it easier to hold the bowl steady when whisking or stirring. The color is a beautiful vibrant orange.

I ordered this bowl because it is no longer part of Mason Cash’s collection. Living in the US, I was hesitant ordering all the way from Australia-concerned it would get lost of broken coming from so far away! I’m so happy I chose to order the bowl. Not only did the item come weeks before it was scheduled (it took 6 days from the day I ordered it!!), but the packaging was wonderful as was the entire experience. I now have a beautiful bowl I didn’t think I could ever get my hands on. I would shop with you guys again no questions asked! Thank you! I am beyond impressed and satisfied.

Received about a week ago and used it several times already. Washed up nicely, only have hand washed although it is dishwasher safe too. Good size for mixing up some cookies or a meat loaf. Just love “In the Forest” patterns, hoping to collect them all.

Really delighted with this bowl, just love the sea design. Delivery was quick and the bowl was well wrapped up. Too good to keep in the cupboard for baking - we will use it for other things as well just so we can appreciate it.
I really wanted the bear In the Forest pattern as a gift, but my order could not be fulfilled with the original color I selected. I asked if it would be possible to ship the bear in the other color that had been available and my wish was fulfilled. The pale orange-ish color is actually quite nice so I am pleased with this substitute. Everything Kitchens communicated the problem early and they packed this bowl well for shipping. I'm pleased with the service and the bowl.
I absolutely love this bowl. it is a high quality bowl in a very lovely soft blue, the detail is very crisp and clear. It works well as both a mixing bowl or a serving bowl. I've used it most often as a serving bowl because it is super cute. The bowl was shipped out promptly and received shortly after. Packaging was a bit dubious though. It was a minor miracle that the bowl was not damaged in transit. Other than that, great service!
Everyone, this company is the bomb! I had an issue with my original order and their customer service resolved my problems without hassle. The Mason and Cash mixing bowls are awesome! Beautifully made with wonderful patterns. It makes our baking enjoyable. No hesitation to buy from Everything Kitchen again. I'm happy to endorse.
What a wonderful discovery Mason Cash mixing bowls turned out to be! I enjoyed my first purchase so much (the Rabbit Embossed Mixing Bowl) that I couldn't resist purchasing two in every size. Initially, I thought the bowls might be too heavy to lift because I have a bad back. I was wrong. They have the feel of the wonderful mixing bowls of yesteryear but have the freshness of happy, updated woodland designs. Well done, Mason Cash!I hope to pass my bowls on to a new generation of cooks when I retire from the kitchen, but in the meantime, the pleasure these charming, well-made and beautifully designed bowls bring make me happy to stir up yummy dishes for the family. The shopping experience on everythingkitchens.com was seamless, and my bowls were well packed and ... MoreWhat a wonderful discovery Mason Cash mixing bowls turned out to be! Beautiful and unusual design and colour. Bought two and kept one for myself. The three different sized nautical mixing bowls would make a lovely Christmas present for someone living on the coast!
The bowl itself is fine. The embossing on the outside is heavily blurred and the inside seal pictured is not on my product. I've ordered another sized bowl that is perfect so I am beinghard-lined comparing it to that one.
