Understanding how exercise influences health is important in designing public health interventions. At present, evidence suggests that there is a positive relationship between exercise and health. However, whether this relationship is partly due to the stress-moderating impact of exercise has been less frequently investigated although more and more people are taxed by stressful life circumstances. A comprehensive review of studies testing the potential of exercise as a stress-buffer was conducted (including literature from 1982 to 2008). The findings are based on a narrative review method.

Comfortable & gentle on feet. Good for diabetics

Comfortable to wear. I use them as slippers. Easy to keep clean, just wipe. Check sizing carefully. I’m normally a size 9 but had to order size 7, which fit perfectly. Smooth footbed with no rubbing ,so they’re good for diabetics.

Did the size fit? - Yes it did

I needed a comfortable pair of scuffs for summer and the Maseur Massage sandals seem to fit the bill but I was concerned that buying on line I may not get a size that fits. I found the sizing description to be very informative and the sandals fit perfectly and are comfortable. The process of ordering was uncomplicated and delivery came quickly.

Happy tootsies

These are fantastic to wear especially for Plantar fasciitis & are really comfortable. I normally would rate them 5 stars however I deducted a star because the soles seem to have a rubbery covering on them that appears to be peeling off. But otherwise happy with purchase.

Maseur sandals

Disappointing. Have worn these original sandals for 50yrs with a full cork sole but now they are a poor imitation of the original. While their comfort is good, the cork layer peeled off within a week. They look untidy with parts of the sole missing.

PRODUCT QUALITY MUST HAVE CHANGED

Terrible disappointment. After years of buying this product with long periods of wear, this time the product is showing signs of wear 3 weeks after purchase. The smooth foot section is showing flakes of the covering coming off.

Poor quality

The quality of these maseur sandals is very poor. After only wearing twice around the house, bits of cork started breaking off around the edges of the soles. That's when I realised the cork on the soles is just a very thin layer. I would never buy these again, nor recommend to others.

They have changed from my last pair

My slides are very slippery and the strap across front is too wide and l have trouble bending my foot properly. When l compare the size to my old ones they are so much wider.

Very disappointed

I have been wearing these sandals for decades and have always loved them. I must say I am extremely disappointed with my most current pair. From the day I opened the box chipping of the cork around the perimeter of the shoe and under the ball of the shoes. The quality has deteriorated a lot. What a waste of money.

Work for my postpartum sore feet

I bought these sandals to help relieve my sore feet post pregnancy. They worked almost instantly. I wear these all the time indoors now and with a pair of socks in winter.
