Took about a tablespoon on the third day of a rare cold when I had stared coughing. I had been throwing everything natural at the cold that I could think of, when I received a bottle of this honey that I had bought because of a sale. Because of the coughing I gave it a try. Coughing stopped except for an occasional clearing cough, I slept well that night and the next day I felt much better. I’ll be taking Manuka honey at the first sign of a cold next time, if there is a next time. Maybe even try a teaspoon in glass of warm water, as prevention, before I go to bed.

Good quality manuka honey. Subtle in taste and helps with overall well being. I eat a teaspoon of it everyday. Also helps when you have a sore throat. Even my husband loves this too. Hope the size could be bigger for family use. Overall, great manuka honey. However, I’ve switched to another brand due to the high price point of this.

This honey is amazing. I have been buying it at a little under 40 per jar, an already astronomical price, then they raised it to 50 overnight. I will look elsewhere. That is too much of a price increase at once. Companies are getting really greedy, they will lose customers. Money doesn't go far these days and when everyone is taking too much then there's just not anything left to give. People will just stop buying in the end.
I like it a lot. I would definitely order again. Would wait for a special offer as it’s quite pricey. I was taking it before the gym and I did feel like it gave me some good energy. I have it with granola, Greek yogurt, blueberries, banana, strawberries, almond milk. It’s very sweet and creamy and almost tastes like caramel. You will want to eat a lot of it and cannot stop one you start! I also had some stomach problems and I do feel like it made my stomach better also

The 573 MGO is some how a great honey and also a medicine for my bronchitis and my hay fever who effects my breathing sometimes at night. All it takes one big spoon and 20 minutes to be normal again. The purity of this honey is legit high enough for me to consume daily for my health benefits. It’s also managed to heal my bad and dry throat in a short period of time. I am glad that I do not need to consume traditional medicine which has bad side effects in the long run. I've been dealing with adrenal exhaustion for several years but now working with a naturopath and improving. On this journey I've realized that I may also have Hpylori.
