I ordered the same size as other shoes made in Italy but Maison Margiela shoes are narrow. They need to be stretch and now that they are broken in they are comfortable. I like the whimsical look of the pair I ordered. Keep in mind that if you have wide feet these shoes might not be for you.

These are very well made quality sneakers that stand out. Minimal branding subtle crisp luxury which is perfect for me. I return the 12/46 which was too snug for me. I reordered the 13/47 and they fit perfectly! Very happy customer
These are my favorite pair of designer sneakers for multiple reasons. Firstly the material is great its both leather and suede so you have some contrast among the materials. They are also very low profile and do not appear to be an expensive high end italian fashion designer sneaker which I love; they appear to be tennis sneakers and can wear them very casually. Last they are very comfortable and thus my everyday sneakers id love these in every color.
Love the simplicity of these sneakers. I can dress them up or down. They pair well with just about any outfit. A instant classic, essential piece in my wardrobe.
