I have had my 2 mini plus machines for a few years now. I knew the power and versatility of the 5200XL and missed being able to use it when my Cook Expert was busy! I use my mini plus at these times and I use my second one when We go to our City House. I had not used a food processor before my Magimix CE and now I wonder how I managed in the past. It is so versatile and my mini can do the same albeit with smaller quantities. Salad prep is completed very quickly. Bread dough mixed efficiently etc. Marvellous technology and quality above my expectations. You won’t be disappointed!

That is one magnificent food processor. Loads of cool accessories, which I am still trying to work out, but the basics have already made an awesome hommous, and sublime short crust pastry. Simple to use, and not made in China..... so a win on all sides!
