I liked it in some ways but in the end returned it and bought a longer one (more like the Macpac Aurora one I bought last year).1 wanted a navy one and the blue of the Narvi was a bit too cobalt in colour for me. It was also shorter than the Aurora (I wanted a bit more length - to below my knees, not on them). There were other things I didn't like - the press studs on the flap over the sob were v hard to press in shut! And the pockets were not zip up ones but only had one press stud (with the same problem as above - hard to press shut. A zip would have felt more secure for any valuables I would want to carry. Finally it was more boxy and less shaped that the Aurora I bought last year. I'm so happy with this coat.I'm 164cms and 69kg, size 12-14 . The large accomodates my broad shoulders and long arms.* smarter than the standard look puffer quilting*feels comfortably thick, but not bulky and restrictive and not noisy fabric*good length and not too narrow through hips like some*essential 2 way zip and removable hood. I probably wont use the hood much and also its huge and not adjustable, although you can fold it back around face.I didn't want black so the dark olive colour is perfect and looks great with bright scarves.

Runs large in size.. supper warm. The lge hood fantastic. Bought uber hooded coat 5 yes ago and very happy. Moved to a country property and needed a more robust coat for icy days. Both coats get a 10/10 for different situations. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I wasn’t sure as it was not cheap but now I’ve worn it, I wouldn’t hesitate and know I’ll love it for years. It’s so lightweight to wear yet perfectly warm. The warmth self regulates without that unnaturally hot feeling from cheap polyester fill. The outer fabric is so nice, a gorgeous matte finish and no top stitching so stylish for all occasions.Love the option of full length gunmetal studs or zip or both so you can do it up where and how much you want.Love the high neck collar that looks stylish and keeps the cold out and the generous hood is huge but light so you feel so cosy and protected from the elements.Great deep pockets that you can plunge your hands into at the right height and nice long sleeves.I wish I’d read about it being a little oversized. I got the 14 which is generous when done up and a little too big to wear undone. Unfortunately I fell in love with it too quickly to wait to exchange it for a smaller size.I got the black which is a nice soft black but all the colours are gorgeous.I literally can’t wait to get outside on cold wintery Melbourne days.
I bought this coat this afternoon. Wore it out to dinner this evening. Ate out on the balcony (12degrees) with it draped over my shoulder and i was super warm all evening. Walked home with it buttoned up as the temp dropped and remained toasty all the way. Beautifully designed, looks chic for a giant puffer jacket. The hood looks oversized but it’s actually perfect to keep you sheltered from the wind and cold without messing up your makeup or hair.I’m usually a 12 but I got a 10 as it is designed to be on the roomier side of things. I like the look of the more fitted shape and I felt the 12 was wat too airy and roomy for my 5ft2 frame. The green is not as green as I would have liked but it’s still lovely. If you make this in a true emerald green I’ll buy that too. ??????????
Absolutely love it, have barely taken it off since I got it. I was worried it was going to be too "puffy" but it is perfect and super warm. I wear it for morning walks and when out running errands in the cold weather. Love the quality, the material is a lovely matte finish which I prefer to a lot of the other shinier looking puffer jackets around. I love that the hood is removable and has a bit of material to cover the zipper part when its not attached, great attention to detail! I would have liked if the pockets had zippers, but they are deep enough its not much of a concern about losing things and easy access for keeping hands warm! It does have a little zipper pocket on the right breast on the inside of the jacket, perfect for a phone, with a little hole for ... MoreAbsolutely love it, have barely taken it off since I got it. It does have a little zipper pocket on the right breast on the inside of the jacket, perfect for a phone, with a little hole for headphones. The sizing does seem to run a little large in this jacket as I would normally be a 12 and got the 10, which is nice and roomy to wear a jumper under comfortably but not too big it looks silly.Would highly recommend this jacket. The style, length, cut, material/s, warmth, are all fantastic.
Really pleased with my purchase. As a kindergarten reliever in the Central North Island I have never been warmer. I also love the domes at the front as unlike velcro they don't grab on to children's hair or clothes when you bend down to help them. Another great feature is the reverse zip for extra mobility/room when needed. I have also received several compliments on how it looks .
I purchased a Macpac Wonen's Narvi Down coat. a couple of weeks ago. Loved the colour Deco Rose. I don't like black. I wore it to rugby on Saturday and was nice a cosy. It is a longer style coat, which I wanted, as I'm short it was a perfect length. It's not water resistance, I don't think that will make any difference where I'll be wearing it. I love it.Highly recommend Narvi Down Coat.
Love wearing my Narvi coat. The length is just right to keep my hips warm while allowing easy movement. I chose the Blue Nights colour which looked even better in real life. The matte finish is perfect for me; it is soft and very warm for its weight. It packs away into its own hood, about the size of a soccer ball. The size 8 fits well across my shoulders with enough room to wear more layers underneath. I bought the Prism vest at the same time and have worn them together on both cold still and windy nights without feeling like the Michelin man…Yes, double-puffy-jacket :)No dislikes.I recommend this jacket to anyone seeking down jacket warmth with style.
I don't usually write reviews but I wanted to let you know how wonderful this coat is. Warm enough that I can now stand on the sidelines in the freezing cold for late afternoon soccer training, instead of hunkering down in my car. In autumn, at night, I'm wearing it with tights and two layers of merino underneath. No need for bulky jumpers. And the mid-thigh length means it keeps you warm all over. The cut is very sharp, and it also looks good dressed up with jeans and a scarf. It's not bulky or puffy. Very happy.
