This is an excellent sleeping bag. It is a semi rectangular type, making it suitable for a larger rounded person. It is easy to get in to and pull the cord at the top to surround the head. Warm too, down to -3C. Paul M

I bought the XL but didn’t realise how long that was. I’m 6’3 and its long. Mac pac gear has always been good and this is no exception. Love the bottom zip and the fact they com with compression bags as well as storage bags.

Fantastic bag that has so many versatile features. It's HUGE and you can actually roll around and not feel trapped, as I do in a mummy shaped bag. Super happy with the weight and warmth, and love the long zipper that makes it into a quilt option, as well as being able to open the foot box end. We have actually purchased two, and can fit them together to make one big bag.

The sleeping bag itself is about as expected (which is not a bad thing), and the mesh storage bag is handy. However, its compression sack is disappointingly bulky. It is possible to pack the bag into about half the volume - I've done it! I understand this sleeping bag is not technically in the hiking range, but I see no reason why a lightweight down bag should come with such a loose-fitting compression sack.
Great sleeping bag. Wider than a lot of the competition's bags so good for people that like a little bit of room. Nice and warm and packs down to a really good size. Great value compared to the competition too. I shopped around a lot and this was the pick of the bunch.
Excellent length and warmth! I choose the extra large sleeping bag, When it is to warm I can open the foot compartment or use it as a quilt. It is made from very good material and will last long. Shipped and delivered quick under very trying covid circumstances.
I have used this bag over 12 months in Scotland. Very flexible design as permits duvet use in summer all the way through to fully cocooned in winter. Dealt with a collapsed bivvy in a storm very well. Perfect indoors too. Packs down and lofts very well it is very difficult to warrant the purchase of another bag for here as there is so much flexibility. Great piece of kit
Updating my review of a few years ago.I spent 67 nights with the "150" serving as my sole sleeping bag over Autumn and Winter in Rockhampton this year. The days were hot but the nights were cool (averaging around 11 degrees).Despite conditions being 10 degrees below the bag's temperature rating, I remained warm and comfortable with naught else but a silk liner. Daily airing was necessary to remove moisture from the down, and the bag needed a good washing when I returned to Hobart, but it subsequently lofted good as new.Ian
Very soft and cosy. Really good for chilly nights – no cold toes here – but would be too warm for a balmy summer's evening. The best thing about this sleeping bag is you can unzip it completely and use it as a blanket/duvet cover if you don't want to be zipped into the bag. I like the way the zip is concealed by soft fabric, so that you don't get any cold/hard materials touching you in the night. Likewise there's a cosy padded finish around the neck for extra comfort. There's adequate room for your legs to move, and for turning over while sleeping. Excellent purchase I love it
We took a chance hoping we might get away with these for a couple of chilly nights in a tent. They did not disappoint. They're not rated for low temperatures really, but we had some 7-8 degree overnight lows and were never once cold. We did sleep in light clothes, and are both reasonably warm sleepers, but I was very impressed with how cozy they kept us.
