Mack's Slim Fit Soft Foam Earplugs 5 Pairs

I bought these from Amazon few months ago. It’s 50 pairs in this jar for $8.99. Let me just say that this is life changing for me. For anyone who has a partner who snores or would like that outside noise to disappear and be silenced just until you get some zzzzzzzz’s, then this is you best friend! It’s slim to fit small or sensitive ears. It’s easy to insert and stays inside your ears well. A great product!

The pack I have , has 50 pair in them but that wasn’t an option. I first want to say how happy I was to find some earplugs that are made for narrow/small ear canals. They were incredibly easy to get into my ear and super easy to remove. If you didn’t know this , slowly twist as you pull when taking them out. My husband has sleep apnea and snores so loudly you can hear him outside the house. When he goes to work our dogs think they need to hyper focused on protection which means they bark at anything they hear outside. I can’t live my best extra life this way anymore . These little purple plugs have saved my life , my husbands life and my dogs life. Now I wake up with a happy heart and I don’t want to move out anymore. Thanks Mack’s !

Do the job very well, but can dry my ear canals

These earplugs are for smaller ear canals and they fit my ears perfectly. They don't pop out and form a tight seal all night long without exerting too much pressure internally. I find them quite easy to insert because they squish to a small size. The only downside is that if I wear them often, my ears get quite itchy, so I only use them occasionally when it's particularly noisy. After extensive trials, this is the type of earplugs that fit me best. I'd recommend getting a small sample of different earplugs to see which ones suit you best before going for big packs. Google is your friend, try "earplugs for sleeping".

Good ear plugs for thin ear canals, a bit expensive though, but good bass sound blocking

I've tried a lot of different ear plugs over the last 20 years, and Id say the Macks Slim Fit ones are the most comfortable for me at the moment. I think I must have narrow ear holes, because some other, fatter ear plugs are just torture, so if yours are skinny too, these are for you. I think the company might have changed the foam formula in early 2022 or late 2021, because theyre not quite as good as when I 1st started using them. The surface isnt as shiny, and as a result, this can make your ears itch. Plus they dont last as long. Apart from that, the slim fit ones do block out bass sounds very well. I'm going to choose no for the value of these, because I think theyre way too expensive for just 6 little pieces of foam.

Great earplugs for smaller ears

These earplugs are smaller than some and fit my ears comfortably. They are soft and block noise effectively, when trying to sleep. I like the way they are packaged - contained in an airtight container that is easy to open and close and keeps the plugs in good condition. They have much less packaging than another type I bought, where each pair was enclosed in plastic. Definitely recommend these.

Great for small ears

I have very small ear canals and have been struggling to find ear plugs that I can get into my ears for a very long time. I got given a small pack of these to try and was very surprised to find I can actually get them in my ear. Not only can I get them in my ear but I can get them in far enough that they don't fall back out again if I turn over in bed. Having ear plugs that actuality fit also means better comfort therefore better sleep. I imagin these are things that most people with larger ear canals take for granted and wonder what the excitement is all about. I have now introduced these to my daughter who also has small ear canals and she has taken to them straight away. LOVE them!

Love, these ear plugs!! The only reason they get a 4 star instead of 5 star is that it takes a bit of practice to learn to insert them properly. Once they are inserted properly - they work well. After many years of being sleep deprived due to my husbands snoring. I now sleep like a baby. They fit like a glove I don't feel them at all. They don't block 100% of his freight train type snoring, but they block enough for me to not notice and fall asleep. And the light snoring and elephant stomping and door slamming and the neighbours dog barking - I don't hear at all!! Fantastic product. Wish I had bought the bigger jar. I will do next time.

Too loose a fit, my own fault, I should have got the normal fit instead of the 'slim fit smaller'PS - your silicon plugs are great. Will get them next time - the green ones.

Pretty pretty… pretty good

I like these as they’re a bit a bit slimmer you can ram them right into your ear hole and they stay put compared to other fuller sized ear plugs. The key is as they expand slowly to fill your ear canal keep your finger on the end of it so it doesn’t expand outwards out of the ear canal. They deaden noise pretty well (noisy neighbours) and also don’t put too much pressure on the inside of you ear canal like other foam plugs do. The foam itself is super silky soft. I’m a side sleeper and these were totally fine, didn’t stick out or fall out.

As a result, they feel more pliable in your fingers and in your ears which may be a good or bad thing depending on how they fit you. If they protrude from the ear too much they will most likely fall out when you toss and turn like they did for me.Personally, I had them fall out of my ears during a trial run as I turned in bed unable to sleep. When removing wiggle them slowly out of your ear, they can injure your eardrum if you pull them out quickly. Sound blocking depends on how well they are inserted and they perform just as well as the original macks. I bought these to block out my neighbors' late night music and Saturday morning lawn mowers and they are adequate.
