This aloe juice concentrate can be added to anything I am drinking. I make all kinds of healing potions and topical sprays... this works for all of them! Allergic reaction? Sunburn? Try using this internally and topically to soothe any redness, burning and irritation. Really helps after a cold shower or cold salt bath with dead sea salt. I'm sure you can find dead sea salt for baths on this website as well... I will be checking soon when I reorder more aloe juice concentrate and tart cherry juice concentrate. The taste of this aloe juice is not noticable when mixed with other ingredients. As far as dosage goes, use your intuition to tell you what is right for you. Benefits vary based on the person.

Bought this since I was diagnosed with EoE a year ago. I'm on remission. Bought this to try it since I read and interacted with others who recommended this for EoE. Also, for the whole my life I'm using Aloe Vera for wounds healing.So I can only say that I tried this one for a couple of days. It has some "medecinic" taste, but overall ok. I take 3 tbsps in the morning. The overall feeling is great. (I'm not taking nexium or steroids I know aloe vera is also alkaline, FYI, but don't take this as a recommendation from any kind, check your own facts).Also the appetite decreases signifcantly. This is a side effect, and you should be aware of it. This can be good for those on diets, again do your own homework.
