I wanted to get a fast touchscreen computer with webcam and speakers. This is a monitor only, but works perfectly with the Lenovo Tiny series PC’s. Getting this monitor with the i7 m920 Tiny pc with 512GB NVMe boot drive and 16GB ram makes an awesome setup that is super fast (as of 2020) and really clean (no wire mess). Then add in 1TB SATA SSD in the open 2.5” bay as a 2nd hard drive so it has its own backup drive built it (no external drive and wires). Only one of the two memory slots is populated so the ram can be doubled to 32GB down the road if needed. The resolution is only 1920x1080, but that is fine for a 24” screen. 4k or 2k would be way too small and need to be zoomed in anyways. The integrated webcam works great and is clear. The speakers aren’t as loud as dedicated speakers, but are perfect for the kids to do online classes. Overall very impressed with this setup. Also the fact that it has a separate display port and usb in (besides the docking slot). Years down the road if you get a computer that doesn’t dock with this monitor you can still connect it as a normal touchscreen display. Fantastic setup for anyone who wants a fast touchscreen computer that is ready for video conferencing without a ton of wires, accessories, and space taken up.This product is only the monitor, but I listed the whole setup because it works so well together. My sister was blow away at how much faster the computer was than she is used to. Her Students were able to see and hear her better with the integrated webcam. The kids love it with the touchscreen

The rating of two stars is for the entire experience of buying the monitor and then spending 12 days and multiple phone calls to Lenovo support, waiting on hold, being disconnected from the calls after waiting on hold multiple times, and being sent all over the world to get no help, until 2 days ago. What I did not expect was to receive our new monitor with the only instructions being a single sheet of paper with small pictures and no text based instructions, just confusing pictures and drawings. My first discovery was that the new monitor used DisplayPort video connections. None of my computers have DisplayPort connections/video. So where were the instructions for connecting my new monitor to my existing computer? Missing! I called Lenovo Tech support multiple times, speaking with a variety of folks who could offer differing advice, none of which were useful. I spent hours on hold (about 6 hours) over the course of 4 or 5 phone calls. I rechecked the Lenovo website specifications for the monitor, but the specs did not indicate that it would be necessary to buy more accessories (cables, converters to go from HDMI to DisplayPort, USB v3.0 type A to type B cable, DisplayPort to DisplayPort) The only breath of fresh air in this entire fiasco is a Tech Support agent named Josh with whom I spoke and gave me the last piece of information to make this pig work. Josh understood my dilemma and helped solve it. Please let him know that he is worth more than anyone else in the Lenovo stable of employees world wide.

Efficient and Practical

Very efficient having the camera, speakers, and computer (tucked) in one. This monitor was very easy to set up. I was able to figure out despite the pictures-only instructions. (What is up with that now?) Because the compatible tiny computers are so small, the ability to tuck it into the back of the monitor is beyond convenient.I love the adjustable height and tilt on the monitor. It is helpful in getting the best view of me in the integrated camera and most comfortable view of the screen.

Great Product...Not so Great Installation Support

After spending a couple of weeks digging and prodding around the internet and talking with Lenovo support multiple times, I finally got my monitor connected to my old desktop so that it and all of its features are working. At the time of purchase, I specifically asked about being able to connect it to a desktop other than the Tiny in One and was told it would be no problem. After getting to the point of actually requesting to return the monitor, I FINALLY managed to procure all the right cables and converters to get it properly connected and am now very pleased with its performance. It would be so simple for the product to include minimal written word instructions about what connections are needed in order to use the monitor with a desktop or other NOT Tiny in One computer that does not have a DisplayPort connection...since the monitor has ONLY DisplayPort available. Something so simple as HDMI to DisplayPort Converter Adapter cable or VGA to DisplayPort Converter Adapter cable and DisplayPort to DisplayPort cable are required to connect this monitor to a computer not enabled for direct DisplayPort connection. In addition, a USB 3.0 A Male to B Male cable is also required in order to enable the built in touchscreen, camera, and microphone functions. In fact, this information should be included in the sales description materials so that the buyer could be prepared with the proper cables when the product is received. Not only did that not happen, but multiple calls to Lenovo support NEVER provided this information. For the casual (but not totally ignorant) computer user, effective installation was extremely frustrating. But again, after a couple of weeks of frustration, my monitor is now connected to my desktop; and I am very pleased. I do really like having speakers, webcam, microphone, etc. all in one product so that computer components aren't spread out all over my workspace. I don't have a great deal of experience with the monitor yet, but so far I think both the audio and video are of good quality for everyday home computer use.

Great monitor and all in one replacement
16 December 2022

We love the TIO monitors and PCs. The monitor has a nice clear screen with excellent color. The built in webcam, speaker, and microphone all work well. The biggest advantage for us is that it appears as an all in one, but has the ability to swap PCs easily and keep things neat.Only real change is if we could rotate the webcam around further so we could use it to capture customer pics into our software instead of a separate device.

No cables, no HDMI, not able to work on 3 PCs

Poor Design
11 October 2023

This is such a poor design. We need the tiny PCs to attach to the back of the monitor as standard. A lot of us tend to mount the monitors to a monitor mount to save space and this is forcing us to either have a standard computer or have the space taken on the desk. Please go back to the previous design. Improve on what is great already. Not roll out something that is now an inconvenience.

This is my best choice this year
12 November 2022

I bought a mainframe mini PC from Lenovo and I need a suitable display. I got an ad from Lenovo in the mail, went to Lenovo's website, and found this cheap, full-featured display in no time. In addition to the touch screen function, this display also comes with a camera and a sound installed under the screen. Unexpectedly, I can store my mini-host in the special "storage box" on the back of the display, which is amazing! It was a pleasant shopping process and I got the product I needed. I also bought a Mini computer mainframe for my family today, unfortunately, this display is out of stock now, I hope to get a second same display for my family as soon as possible.
