My daughter enjoyed putting this Lego set together. The assembly was easy and came with three books that included step-by-step instructions for each part. Each part of the house came labeled in bags to keep instructions simple. The design of the Legos were made of great quality materials. Many of the same pieces can be used for each part of the house which makes it very versatile. The completion of the house showed the durability of the legos. Everything held together very well. Just got the package haven't put it together yet because the instructions are not very easy to follow. I'm not sure if I am supposed to open all the bags at once or what. My son is 11 and he definitely needs assistance putting it together. So the age should not be 9 and up. However it's a very great item. My husband for one loves Legos, two is a real estate agent and three, flips homes. I knew that this would be perfect for him, and it was such a nice surprise that I was able to give him.
