Convenient. Lightweight. Great for throwing in the car or handbag. Doesn’t hold charge as long as I’d like - might get one good use for a charge and I don’t have thick hair. Not as effective as traditional tongs straightener, but definitely effective for smoothing and de-frizzing without as much risk of burning your hair.

Do not recommend. Had to argue consumer law to get a refund direct from the supplier. Chemist warehouse staff were great. But the product does not do what it is advertised to do at all. I even tested it on 4 different types of hair to be sure. I would have been happy with the bare minimum & it couldn’t even complete that. Save your money & buy something with a better reputation.

I bought it 2 months ago from cw. I have thick wavy hair,doesn't work well on my hair. Would be better for thin fine hair. Battery works for about 15 min on full charging. Good concept but they need to improve it in terms of Battery time and straightening strength.
