Awful. Causes breakouts

This product made my skin break out as soon as I started using it. Nothing else in my skincare routine had changed and as soon as I stopped using it, I stopped breaking out. Trying to get a refund but Look Fantastic are making it extremely difficult. The brand state that this is non comedogenic, yet when you google the ingredients, there are a number of comedogenic ingredients in the formula. False advertising. Look Fantastic, give me my money back please!!

Excellent product and service

Amazing product. I used to use a cheap Johnsons moisturiser since I can remember, but about a year ago I realised cheap moisturiser was no longer doing the job for my skin - I tried sooo many high street and cheaper brands of moisturiser, all of which would make my skin either dry, pimply (at 29 years old!) or give me a full blown allergic reaction (stay away from Nivea and Neutrogena face moisturisers if you have sensitive skin!). I finally caved and accepted my skin needed more. I cannot tell you how happy I did, my skin is ALWAYS amazing now. No dry skin, no pimples, no redness, no tightness, I've also found that it moisturises so well I no longer have fine lines around my eyes. I use it with the toner if I have makeup on or on its own if I don't. I also don't use a primer before foundation and this works perfectly as not only a barrier but also a base for makeup. Finally, the last order I made was directly on this site (due to Coronavirus and Boots being closed) and the service was fantastic - very quick and very well packaged. Can't recommend this product highly enough!

Great stuff

I bought this product for first time years ago. I have very sensitive skin and I have tried different brands of creams, most of which I got allergy from, once applied from them and my eyes start all swelling, getting watery and red, tired and I can't keep them up open it has been horrible and very uncomfortable untill I decided to try this cream. Even heard it is for sensitive skin was still skeptic about it for the start. But I have never regret trying it and giving it a chance. It is definitely worth of money and definitely helped me with my sensitive skin. I apply it every night and it helps my dry patchy bits. It leaves my skin moisturized and well looking.

Has changed my skin!

I absolutely adore this cream. I have combination/oily skin which is prone to acne and have tried hundreds of things, both pharmacological and skincare wise. I actually bought this cream by accident and was horrified when I realised it had a thick, balm type consistency as I was certain it would be awful for my skin but I’ve been completely amazed by it. For my daytime skincare routine I use mostly La Roche-Posay products aimed at acne prone skin but at night time I like to try and inject a bit more moisture into my skin and this cream is just heavenly; it’s thick, nourishing, applies well on top of all other products/serums (I actually feel as though it really ‘locks in’ all my other products) and has a very very delicate but calming scent. My skin initially feels quite oily after applying (hence only using on a night - I personally feel this would be too thick for me in the day especially if I was to try to apply makeup over it) but it soon sinks in and in the morning my skin looks and feels smooth, soft, plumped and clear. Since adding this cream to my routine my skin has been in the best condition I’ve ever seen. Could rave about it all day long, HIGHLY recommend.

Love love love! Won’t use anything else now!

My eczema had really flared up and everything I tried was not calming it and it felt really dry. I’ve been using this for 3/4 weeks now, day and night. So glad I found this, my skin feels so soft and hydrated. The smell is a little strong but it doesn’t break me out or irritate my eczema. Really worth the price, a little goes a long way. Also works well as a base for makeup, dewy!

The best face cream I've ever used

I had never used la Roche before and I am not disappointed with this cream. I have dry skin, it becomes flaky, espically between my eyebrows. Ive tried countless creams for about 7 years now from big brands and this is the first one I've noticed a difference from. My skin looks so much more hydrated, feels velvety soft and it hasn't flaked once. Makeup used to set into the skin and cracks but now it lays down smoothly. You don't need much ether for the whole face so you get a lot from the container.

The best moisturiser I have ever used

I have a very under active thyroid causing extra dry skin and mentioned to my daughter that my usual moisturiser (Liz Earle) just was not working for me anymore. A few days later I received a box with some products and one of them is this moisturiser.I am so enamoured of this product. Firstly, I love the smell, how thick and sumptuous the cream is and it how it has worked for me when other products have failed. I am a dedicated fan of this brand now and will not change again.I now have soft, plumped up skin which is younger looking and feels lovely.

The perfect moisturiser!

This moisturiser is a life saver. Smells and feels great, my skin is not itchy or tight anymore. Makes my skin soft, not oily and I only use a small amount. I use products like, liquid exfoliants BHA, azelaic acid, vitamin c, niacinamide and this moisturiser goes so well on top of these ingredients. Couldnt be happier.

Very good

I really like this product, second time ordering it and have ordered two. It has a fairly thick texture but doesn’t feel greasy at all, and sinks into the skin fairly quickly but leaves it feeling well moisturised. Has a slight smell to it but isn’t bad at all, isn’t perfumed and smells more like sudocrem than anything else but that is very weak and disappears quickly. Can also put makeup on top easily 5/10 mins later. I have very sensitive skin and lots of products irritate me or don’t leave my skin hydrated enough and this is one of the few that works well!
