La Roche-Posay Effaclar K(+) 40 ml

This product completely transformed my skin! I have super sensitive acne-prone skin and am always trying to find skincare products I’m not allergic to. I quickly noticed that this doesn’t leave my skin itchy or dry, so I continued using it. After about two months of daily usage I have no more issues with acne or imperfections. I did not expect this to visibly change my skin, let alone „cure“ it, but it has! I will absolutely buy this again and could not recommend it enough!

Effaclar K, then Effaclar K+ and Effaclar Duo+ used to be the staple in my skincare routine. They have been with me since 2010, good nine years. I always have them in my stash and once/twice a year, depending on my needs will undergo an effaclar treatment. What I love about Effaclar K+ is that it is a great day/ night cream after a retinoid treatment as it prolongs the results. Also, for those with clogged pores and blackheads, it does diminish the numer of these blemishes overtime. It makes the skin less textured, more even. It helps to maintain satin/ matte look, but do not expect too much though. The skin will shine at some point. Effaclar K+ is a great make up base, works well with the foundations, it does not dry out the skin, quite the opposite, it will help ... MoreEffaclar K, then Effaclar K+ and Effaclar Duo+ used to be the staple in my skincare routine. The packaging is very handy, the formula of a lightweight lotion spreads and absorbs in seconds. I am fond of the Effaclar range fragrance too. One of my favourite skincare products.

This moisturiser was amazing both in its results and it’s application! I used it twice daily, once in the morning as a priming layer before makeup and again at night before bed. I found my skin to feel brighter and softer instantly, with the effects only getting better with further use! Usually I find moisturisers to lack any distinct smell and if they do it’s typically one that smells very artificial and chemical but with this I found the smell to be one of my favourite things about the product as it was very refreshing! The product itself was very smooth and silky and applied easily to my skin. I would definitely recommend this for combination skin like my own as it worked to balance my t-zone without drying out the rest of my face! After using the La Roche-Posay Effaclar K (+) for the past month I can say I am blown away with this product and it’s ability to deliver! Since becoming pregnant I have had the worst acne in particular along my jaw line, under my jaw line and my chin and upper lip, this product has been my **holy grail pregnancy acne product**! I had tried to many products, treatments, facials before I started to use the La Roche-Posay Effaclar K (+) and nothing was even half as effective as it is! When I first tried it I was a bit put off from the smell, it’s not horrific but certainly not “nice” but that can be overlooked due to the effectiveness of the product! It consistency is nice and light and absorbed into the skin very quickly and only a small amount is required, I applied it twice a day (morning and night) and within the first few days I already noticed that the acne I had was not as red and angry or as cystic and fewer were “popping up” than they had been, now a month in I am finding that my acne is pretty much all cleared up except for a little pimple here or there, before using the product the acne was very painful and each pimple was quite large and look a long time to go away, but this product has meant that even when a pimple appears it’s very small and not angry really at all like they were before! I love La Roche-Posay products and am a big user of a lot of what they have to offer, I have even got my husband onto some of their products and he isn’t complaining! Thank you La Roche-Posay for creating another winner! Would 100% La Roche-Posay Effaclar K (+) to anyone who has issues with acne you won’t regret it!

Ingredients containing PROCERAD TM and NIACINAMIDE help control mild acne and help reduce acne, reduce dark spots and limit recurrence of acne. My favorite point is Laroche posay gel, so it absorbs very quickly, the smell is also mild and not unpleasant. In addition, it does not dry the skin because it contains a sufficient amount of moisturizing ingredients, so the skin is not flaky, dry and tight, but the skin is still very smooth and soft, so it can also be used as a primer to make the skin smoother. skin surface. smooth, not afraid of causing skin irritation The price of this baby is quite cheap, so anyone who wants to combine light and dark acne can try it.

This is a moisturiser that I find really good especially when it's warm and I don't want a rich, thick, greasy layer of moisturiser sitting on my skin. It keeps oils at bay fairly well, feels really nice on the skin and skins in quickly. I just wish they did different size options rather than just this little tube. Would definitely repurchase.

Recommended by more than 90,000 dermatologists around the world, La Roche-Posay skincare brand is developed with respect to safety standards, and tested to be efficient for all skin types and needs, even sensitive skins. An improved version Effaclar K, formulated especially for oily skin with acne tendency and rough composition. Effaclar K+ is the product I swear by for what it has done to my skin from transformations of skin grain, mattifying my skin especially the T-zone, moisturizing for more than 8 hours with no uncomfortable feeling. The formula works on the long term also by diminishing the skin imperfections and giving it a healthy clean glow. In addition to that, the product can act as an amazing skin primer.

Lush

After a skin consultation, I placed my order with lookfantastic. I have (had) combination skin with hormonal acne along the jawline, and this used along with other la Roche posay products is an absolute lifesaver! I use a small amount on my jawline twice daily I do still have a few pimples, but the majority of the hormonal acne lumps have disappeared.

Oily skin moisturiser

This product is great, I use it under sunscreen before applying my makeup. It really helps keep my spots at bay under makeup. I have tried other Effaclar moisturisers but this is my favourite one I always come back too. Why only 4 stars - the tube size - I would love it if it came in a bigger size.

Surprisingly good for acne

By far the best day cream for my oily acne-prone skin. I initially got this for oil control, but I found that it does an amazing job at reducing my acne as well. I was surprised because it’s targeted for blackheads, whereas I have papule-type acne, mainly on my cheeks. This cream has not only limited the number of new spots, but when one appears it will stop it from turning into a monstrous red lump. I’ve tried various acne creams and treatments (even prescription) and nothing has worked as well as this. I guess it really is about founding something that suits your skin!
