This product went viral on tik tok so naturally I had to buy it. My skin is the epitome of dry so I thought this would be a good product to test. It is vegan, fragrance free, allergy and dermatologist tested. I also like how it is “Suitable for adults, children and babies over 4 months old” because you know it’s okay to use on the most delicate skin. I noticed a difference in the hydration of my skin the first time I used it. I use it at night because even thought I wouldn’t say it’s greasy or heavy it’s still a product I would only use at night personally. But, it’s great. My skin was literally flaking off because it was so dry and the next morning after I used this product it wasn’t flaking anymore at all! Can we get a round of applause?! It really does what it ... MoreThis product went viral on tik tok so naturally I had to buy it. My skin is the epitome of dry so I thought this would be a good product to test. I definitely recommend this to anyone especially those suffering with dry skin!!

-I have dry sensitive skin, the weather changes a little, my skin has a rash, itchiness is very uncomfortable. After a while of "diving" on skincare groups and looking at all the reviews of skin care products, I finally chose La Roche Posay's B5 cream. I have been using this for 6 months, my skin is healthier and less irritated than before. -It can be seen that La Roche Posay B5 has a natural, benign ingredients list, rich in moisturizing, restorative, soothing and antibacterial substances. In addition, this ingredient list is also quite clean because there is no fragrance, alcohol, mineral oil ... or other irritants to the skin, so it can be used for all skin types, including sensitive skin, dry skin and irritated skin. response. -My skin is not only dry but also ... More-I have dry sensitive skin, the weather changes a little, my skin has a rash, itchiness is very uncomfortable. But stealing the wallet is that every time an allergy applies La Roche Posay B5 Cream to the skin, the redness and itching of the skin is greatly reduced. Leave it overnight, you can clearly see its soothing and redness-reducing effect. Mild inflammatory nodules get better quickly and become less bruised, and bruises fade faster than before. So I appreciate her ability to heal, restore and prevent scarring. -In addition, because I have used it for a long time, I have noticed that if I use it for a long time, the skin will be healthier, reducing irritation. You can also use it to apply around insect bites, soothing effect, reducing inflammation and itching quite well. So, if you are prone to allergies and skin irritation, you should immediately buy a La Roche Posay B5 Cream for skin care.

La Roche-Posay's Cicaplast Baume B5 is amazing! It's a thick, creamy balm that feels soothing and calming on my skin. It's helped to heal my acne scars, prevent future breakouts, and reduce the appearance of eczema patches. It's also versatile enough to use on dry patches on my body. Highly recommend! I was lucky enough to score a free sample of this moisturizing cream when I was shopping at Walgreens (pro tip: they usually have free samples behind the beauty counter if you just ask). Honestly this is the first time I have ever used a La Roche-Posay product, but I have heard about them for years. I have perpetually dry skin, especially with the acne medication that I’m currently on, so I’m always curious to try new creams. My first impression was that this cream is very heavy - heavier than most of the creams I’ve used from other companies. Sometimes some creams feel like they could also be a serum - but this is not that. I think I might have accidentally applied too much, since I had to use some extra effort in blending this in (the formula is a thick opaque ... MoreI was lucky enough to score a free sample of this moisturizing cream when I was shopping at Walgreens (pro tip: they usually have free samples behind the beauty counter if you just ask). My first impression was that this cream is very heavy - heavier than most of the creams I’ve used from other companies. Sometimes some creams feel like they could also be a serum - but this is not that. I think I might have accidentally applied too much, since I had to use some extra effort in blending this in (the formula is a thick opaque white). I enjoyed the look it gave my skin once it was fully smoothed in - similar to a primer in that it had a sort of blurring effect on my pores/imperfections. This cream is meant to be a treatment for severe dryness, including cracked, chapped, and irritated skin. This is not an everyday cream, though perhaps some might use it as one (too heavy for that in my opinion). Even though it is incredibly thick, this cream is not sticky or greasy, and is actually also designed to treat children and even babies. The website says you can use this for diaper rash, which had me briefly reconsidering why I put this on my face. This product most prominently features B5, shea butter, and madecassoside to soothe and restore healthy skin. Suitable for both irritated and sensitive skin, you can use this on both your face and your body. The formula allows skin to breathe while still protecting it from the elements. This is a perfect cream for dry patches, and almost reminds me of that product “Working Hands,” but perhaps this one has more versatility. Not an everyday product for me, but great to have as an option.

I had very persistent hormonal acne all over my face that was not going away no matter what product I used for it— chemical peels, salicylic acid, glycolic acid, even prescription Tretinoin were doing nothing to bring down the extremely painful and inflamed cysts on my skin. I realized after a while that my moisture barrier was probably damaged from so many harsh products and that it would be best to only focus on hydrating my skin for a few months. I picked up the Cicaplast baume to layer with my regular moisturizer because of its healing ingredients and humectant properties to seal in moisture. I really didn’t have any expectations for my acne to improve during this little experiment—I only thought it just wouldn’t get any worse—but WOW the difference in my skin ... MoreI had very persistent hormonal acne all over my face that was not going away no matter what product I used for it— chemical peels, salicylic acid, glycolic acid, even prescription Tretinoin were doing nothing to bring down the extremely painful and inflamed cysts on my skin. I really didn’t have any expectations for my acne to improve during this little experiment—I only thought it just wouldn’t get any worse—but WOW the difference in my skin is incredible! The second picture is taken a little over a month after the first one, and you can see that the cysts have almost completely flattened out and the surrounding irritation has been significantly reduced. There was a cluster of cysts along my jaw that was always there and giving me a lot of trouble with how swollen and painful they would become. They are completely gone now!!! I’m shocked! My skin is definitely far from perfect still and there is still a lot of scarring leftover but pretty much all of my acne has faded away. That is more than I could have hoped for and I will forever sing my praises to this product since it was the one thing that I added to my routine. I also used the Sephora Collection probiotic cleanser only at night, and Cerave Daily Moisturizer with a little drip of squalene oil mixed in day and night. Then this layered on top!

I've been using La Roche-Posay Balm B5 for a while now, and I must say it has become a staple in my skincare routine. This cream is specifically designed for sensitive and dry skin, and it lives up to its promises. Firstly, the texture is luxurious yet non-greasy, making it comfortable to wear both day and night. It absorbs quickly into the skin, leaving it feeling instantly hydrated and soothed. This has been a game-changer for my dry patches and occasional redness. One of the standout features of this product is its ingredient list. Of course this product is highly spoken of and so I gave it a try. My skin is acne prone and I use many products of La Roche-Posay. I had heard using this on irritated or broken out skin would calm and heal it. Now there is much debate on its use with active acne. I also use Retin-A and I thought this would be a great addition on my recovery days from retinol. It did prevent the peeling and irritation however, I began to break out pretty badly in the areas I was using it. It created pimple after pimple and they were extremely inflamed with many white heads. I stopped using it and I have not had those terrible breakouts. There is shea butter in this product and I believe that is what could be a problem ingredient for some acne prone skin. Amazing Occlusive For Oily Acne Prone Skin

I have very oily acne prone skin that is dehydrated and it doesn't help that my acne medication dries out my skin even more. To solve my tight and irritated skin I have tried slugging with petroleum jelly. While petroleum jelly did help in maintaining hydration and repairing my skin barrier I hated the greasy feeling even though I only use a small amount. I have also experienced an increase in whiteheads in the morning when slugging with petroleum jelly. After searching I decided to buy the Cicaplast Balm and I'm so glad I did! The product comes out as a thick white cream which can work as a stand alone moisturizer. The product comes out as a thick white cream which can work as a stand alone moisturizer. I use this product after my regular night time skincare routine and after my moisturizer just like how I would when slugging. I don't use much (nor do you need much- a little goes a long way) because it can create a slight white cast on my skin, not anything ghostly though. It goes on very easy and absorbs into the skin well with no residue. There is no oily or heavy feeling and it feels like I've got nothing on my skin yet it feels moisturized and smooth. Because the product has cica, it helped calmed my acne especially those painful, red, itchy cystic ones that takes weeks to heal and leaves scars that last for months. My skin no longer feels tight since incorporating this product into my nighttime routine and I continue to use this even though my skin is healed because I will forever have acne that needs some soothing. It has not clogged my skin creating new breakouts or irritation which I greatly appreciate! If you want to try an occlusive product to aid a compromised skin barrier without the greasy slip of petroleum jelly, I highly recommend the Cicaplast Balm. I will continue to repurchase this product especially the 100ml tube!

Great for my oily, acne prone skin too!

I have oily, acne prone skin with dry patches around the cheeks and due to numerous exfoliation efforts to keep blackheads at bay, my skin often feels vulnerable and irritated (red post-acne marks are more emphasized and prominent). Also, I have found that some serums contradict acids present in last-step moisturisers so I needed a nice hydrating cream without any active ingredients and which at least wouldn't exacerbate or cause spots. This balm is a miracle! Not only it provides rich hydration but it also calms and heals the skin barrier which has been processed through a lot of exfoliation/acid peels, etc.! It's early days for me but I also noticed that it diminishes my large pores too.I couldn't believe how nicely this rich cream soaks in into my skin. Hopefully it will never discontinue and oh! The price is amazing too!
